The carpeting in the hallways was a little outdated, but not a big deal. Id rather have a good value and reasonable price.

close walk to Main St & the pier, staff were super friendly & helpful, cookies & starbucks in the lobby, nice selection for free breakfast, rooms were modern & clean

We have been there twice now and the staff is Great!!! We got upgraded to a beautiful room( can't wait to stay there again). The location is excellent as well!!

Nothing.....except maybe the fact that the parking was free.

Here is the laundry list of my dislikes: bathroom lighting was terrible, bathroom mirror was not suitable to use for putting on make-up and doing hair , bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy, pool was not available the first night of my visit, sliding doors to balcony were hard to open and close, room was not ready at time of check in

the bathroom had dirty feet marks on it. there was old coffee in the coffee maker. bathroom needed caulking

The location is great as it is close to main street and the pier as well as the beach.

Ask to be in the corridor rooms not the atrium rooms - the hotel itself, although renovated about 5 years ago, is quite old and therefore very load. The noise from the atrium just reverberates and comes right into your room. I have stayed here at least 3 other times but, as it was much busier this time, the noise this time was overwhelming.

It's location was fantastic, close to lovely old town of Seal Beach. To be able to walk to a beautiful beach, this is very much a locals beach and not a tourist resort. We really appreciated the shuttle service. The staff were all very friendly. Will definitely recommend it.

Glad you are redecorating it was badly needed. Long term stays should get better rates. Building works across the road was unfortunate timing. Breakfast at weekends was very poor service.

Excellent location, walking distance to downtown Seal Beach. also the morning breakfast and the freshly baked cookies every evening were great as well.

Great and friendly staff, had bicycles to rent, close to Ocean, in a small town but close to bigger towns, pool and hot tub were located in center of the complex but had open roof, free offstreet parking

Free wifi is cool! Personal was helpfull, room clean and the placement is perfect if you need to stay at Seal beach.

Smell on entrance. I know that's fertilizer for flowers, but still. That's the only thing I don't like.

very friendly reception staff, good price ratio compared to other motels in town, free parking under a roof, the pool was an 'indoor-outdoor pool' because the pool was inside the building but without a roof - this was very special and never seen before in USA, the motel in a walking distance to many different restaurants as e.g. Thai restaurant, Steak house, etc., the breakfast was included, we got a free 'late check out' - just great - many thanks!

The crew, the location (near the beach) the sizes of the room and specially the bathrrom!!! The swimming pool and the free parking lot.

We liked the convenience of the location at the Pacific Inn. You can walk down main street and right up to the beach. The complimentary breakfast was also well done. Small but nice set up and friendly atmosphere.

Easy walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Afternoon cookies delish!

Justin was very accomodating! Room was very comfortable. The Hotel was well designed. Enjoyed the pool area with shelter from wind but still allowed sun to come through.

Did not like the maids starting work at 9.00 a.m. They should start after breakfast service is complete. We watched the maid knock on all the rooms on the bottom floor and either she walked in on someone and appologized or they told her to go away.

Older hotel.Rooms are nicely remodelled.Not too far from a beautiful beach and lots of restaurants.Pet friendly, we took our dog. There is a little park just steps away from the hotel.

sagging bed. The Pacific Inn is in need of refurbishing. Claims to be non-smoking but they allow smoking on the balcony and it comes into the rooms.

Estacionamiento gratuito, cerca de comercios de comida, muy buenos por cierto.

Si piensas ir a disney, mejor busca un hotel cerca de anaheim. Yo escogi este hotel por la cercania a naples, en long beach por cuestiones familiares.

Localização, funcionários educados, café fresco a toda hora, silencioso, etc.

Frigobar e secador de cabelo nao estavam funcionando.
