Nothing negative to report. Next time we will try to stay longer and have time to enjoy some spa services.
This was our first visit to Eureka Speings, and we will definitely be back. The location of the Palace Hotel was perfect, just a leisurely stroll to get to all of the restaurants/shops. There's no need for a car once you're there. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby and room were charming, the bed was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was big enough for two. The breakfast was also delicious and presented beautifully.
Very friendly and helpful staff!! Appreciate how they go above and beyond to assure your stay is enjoyable. The amenities and little extras like a stocked fridge with champagne were a great touch to compliment an anniversary weekend!
The massage and spa treatment were well organized and felt great. Champagne at check-in rocks!
The room was spacious and well-appointed with period furniture as well as some modern conveniences like a two-person whirlpool tub and flat screen TV. Staff was attentive and helpful!
Easy access to shopping restaurants etc. historic beauty. Quiet!
Property need renovation Poor value for money Should have chosen the crescent much more significant building, even if also need renovation
Good location, charm and friendly staff
Not really a bad experience, but the elevator doesn't work, and the parking is quite a number of stairs away..
Loved the quiet, comfort, and quaintness of this place.
We were the only ones staying that night.. it was private and a great time!
Breakfast was only fruit and a pastry. However it was brought to the room.
That I had to leave.......
Large Room with period furnishings, Jacuzzi for two, Staff are supernice, Beautiful continental breakfast brought to the room at request.. Love Eureka Springs
Our room was very warm. The tap was dripping - there were a few things that good have been in better order, but the management think that keeping the original feature and fittings is important even if they no onger work correctly.
Great location and lots of character. The breakfast was good - and more healthy than your usual US breakfast.
It was dirty and run down. The jacuzzi tub was actually filthy.
The complementary champagne was small and not very good. But since it was complementary and unexpected, it was not a big dissapointment.
The authenticity of the building and decor made the hotel a destination spot. The breakfast tray brought to our room was well done.
We were told we could order breakfast from 7am to 11am but no one was at the front desk until 7:30 or later. The air-conditioner was too close to our head and needs to be put closer to the foot of the bed
We liked the very comfortable bed, the breakfast being brought in, the closeness to the shopping area, the motel was unique and special because of it's age.
The Palace Hotel is handy to the downtown area, but just enough away for peace and quiet. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is great and the perks are nice. Loved the fresh fruit and pastry breakfast delivered to our door.
The fact that we were unable to even look and explore the bath house due to not being able to enter without the attendant whom we never saw.
The staff were friendly, answered all our questions and the location was wonderful. We didnt drive our truck the whole weekend
Need to contact guests directly about spa services available so they don't arrive and find everything booked.
Lovely large room with a two person jetted tub, complementary coffee and drinks, breakfast brought to you in the room, old time spa on premises, great location for walking around town.
Could only stay one night
Size of room and spa tub
The location primarily - when we wanted an evening meal we had to walk quite a ways to a restaurant. Also, the parking situation wasn't the best.
The bed was very comfortable and the spa tub was nice. The staff was quite courteous and helpful.
We loved everything.
The whole experience was wonderful. The staff was great and ready to help us anyway we needed. Quiet and luxurious.
Location, wish it was closed to the shopping area, you know bad knees.
We liked everything about the hotel, did think it was a bit pricey.
The historical aspect of the building was quite interesting. Perfect location and access to all the shops was very convenient. The Staff was extremely helpful and our stay was very nice. We will be going back.
The people were very kind to my wife and I. We felt very welcomed when we checked in and stayed overnight. The room was clean and they even added a romantic touch of rose pedals since it was our anniversary. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Eureka Springs area.
