The location of the hotel was excellent. It was easy to navigate. The restaurants were top-notch and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed the casino. There were different games which we enjoyed. It was very pleasant and fun to be in. We enjoyed everything! We will definitely return.

From top to bottom, the customer service is top notch with their professional and courteous staff. Housekeeping staff kept the suite perfect and spotless every day. The suite was luxurious and spacious, with plenty of sitting room. Great view of The Strip as well!

Housekeeping staff was amazing! The floor manager personally came to try to get me a chair I could sit in at the desk Dump those desk chairs. My God, the seats are sunken in an it makes an otherwise nice presentation feel like a worn out dump. In general, the entire upsell, how can we flease the customer for more money--I mean really $7 for a cup of coffee. Why not just say, "you stupid fools, we're here to screw you." At least that's honest and not all dressed up in a bunch of manipulative games to control and influence everyone. I've had to come to Vegas at least 15 times on business the last few years. I've never felt like I was really a welcome guest-- more like another fool there to be taken for a ride. I mean really--I can go on a real vacation to Hawaii or Europe for the prices you are charging. As long as you've got the convention business, the model will work. I don't know anyone that I speak with who really likes being there.

We stayed in one of the prestige suites. We really liked having free Internet access, breakfast and an afternoon cocktail. The room was huge with a great view and a beautiful bathroom. There was plenty of room for us and our two teen daughters.

The communication between the fd and hskp is not too good. My friends was checked in from the fd and when they went upstairs hskp was still cleaning the room, so they had to wait. Better communication between the fd and phone operators also - when we checked in we report over the phone that the mini bar was not fully stocked (we didn't want to pay for somebody else drinks) and the operator assured me that they know this is from the previous guests and there wouldn't be a problem. When I went home and open the envelop with the invoices there was a problem because the charges was made. I called the fd and the problem was solved, but would have been nicer not to have it at all.

I liked that the hotel had a lot to offer, that you never had to leave, if you didn't want to. The room had many amenities like 3 televisions, pull out couch, separate bathroom. I have stayed here in the past and would consider staying there again. I found that the room was kind of dingy not really clean. In fact, I took a towel and wiped down the table top and wall cause they were both covered in some sort of red drink. Everytime we stay there, the shower is constantly leaking out water onto the bathroom floor. I would also like if an empty fridge was an option for my own drink storage

Beautiful room, lots of space. Staff was very helpful, location was great and hotel was beautiful. Did not like that mini bar and snacks were "weight sensitive". We were afraid to use the refrigerator and afraid we were going to bump into the snacks and be charged for something. This feature just seems a bit excessive.

I loved how clean it was. I loved the fact it didn't have such a strong smoke smell. The room was so comfortable and the staff was so friendly and welcoming I didn't like that the hotel was at the end of the strip wish it was closer towards the middle. I also wish there was places to eat in the hotel is was around 11 pm and I had to walk over to the next hotel to grab something to eat

That the front desk staff was very accommodating when we asked to split the reservation among two different credit cards at different times, and they also offered that we could refuse the daily resort fee if we weren't going to use the fitness facilities. That the casino area wasn't as clean/classy as the Encore
