Curteous and quick staff at reception and check-out. Good facilities and convenient parking.

Overall overrated hotel. Nice size room and bathroom but a bit worn down (ripped carpet in room) and beds not providing sufficient support. Not my expectation for 5 * luxury.

Good points: Good value...off season rate midweek stunninglyu elegant better than Bellagio in many respects and that is saying a lot bad points: Beware the "resort fee" This is going to add $19.04 to your rate per day!! ($17 + tax)!! You will get access to the health club gym only, free valet parking and free 800 telephone calls but you need to factor that into your room rate. Most of the big resort hotels on the strip are doing this but there are many that are aggressively advertising that they do not chargwe this fee so shop around.

This is a beautiful hotel. We had a fantastic suite at an excellent rate. We loved the swimming pools, the restaurants and the shops. The lounge for the Prestige customers is lovely and the breakfast was so convenient, fresh and delicious. I highly recommend a stay here. We'll definitely be back!!

We booked a smoking room and upon arrival it was not available. The staff did however make our move to a new room the next day very easy. They were right on top of it and extremely friendly.

Beautiful hotel and luxurious suite. Several options for dining and shopping. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are perfect for business travelers! Location is optimum for sands expo attendance. Good for boutiques shopping at wynn-palazzo- venetian junction.

During booking I couldn't get price for Strip-view suits neither I got possibility to book specific floor & window-view. Breakfast service (variety & assortment) at grande cafe is relatively poor while at dal toro is just bad.

The room was very nice and the complementry wi-fi.

Waiting over an hour for our luggage to arrive in the room. Bathroom was not equipt with a hair dryer and waited for that to arrive in the room. Just the waiting started our stay in the wrong mood.

We liked the spacious rooms and views from our room were great. The pillows were very comfortable.

The pool area was over crowded with sun beds piled one on top of the other and the music by the pool was far too loud....unnecessary. Also topless tanning was not allowed which is comical in a place like Vegas!!!! Coming from Europe where this is done everywhere there is no reason why at least one of the pools could not have been adult only with a topless area and not have blaring music. ( If you want loud music go to a club.) What ever happened to reading a book poolside and unwinding after a night on the town?!
