The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino at The Venetian  

It was close to the WYNN. The hotel I think is trying to come off as high end but its really just a fancier motel. The beds are not that memory foam as those of the wynn hotel. I thought the casino looked a little dated. I wouldn't stay there again. I thought the developer of this property really "poor boyed" a lot of stuff. The really small stuff that make the place plush. I thought the workers were really on you for a tip

Well, where do I start? This place is pretty close to perfection. I went to Vegas for my third trip with a group of male friends and this place was exactly what we wanted. It's classy, everything is luxury, you are made to feel welcome, the staff are friendly and efficient, the suite (bella) was very spacious with two huge queen beds and a good sized lounge with desk and fax/printer/copier. The food and retail units at both the Palazzo and neighbouring Venetian are very nice, lots of premium stores for those wanting to spend winnings or get kitted out for a night out. The best part for me though was the peace and tranquility of the hotel. We spent the week partying and extracting the most out of Vegas so it was perfect to be able to retreat from the hustle and partying to our serenity at the Palzzo and chilled days by the pool. Whilst I'm still aiming for the Wynn/Encore for my next trip, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Palazzo again.

Honestly, the only fault I can make is that the free wifi is a bit slow and patchy and I wasn't willing to pay for faster wifi. That's it!!!

Perfect location!! Staff was very helpful and tried to give us what we wanted, room with a view, and we definitely got a nice view of the mountains with the planes landing at the airport.

could install a coffee machine and gave us some complimentary water. It doesn't cost us much to buy coffee or water because there's a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf downstairs but it's the gesture that I would have appreciated. Plus the coffeeshop was always crowded.

The environement is worthy of a real "palazzo" and even more. Nice restaurants and swimming pools, large and luxurious room, marble bath, free wi-fi and parking, printer available in the room, 3 lcd tv, great stuff, reasonable prices. It was a memorable experience.

Hard to find something unpleasant... Let's say the fact that you can't open any window, even a little bit.

we were upgraded to a luxurious siena suite with a spectacular view and fabulous amenities , to make for a memorable stay.

The size and set-up of the suite.

No coffee or tea maker. The late check-out was not available. The "Nickel and Dime" for every options that are usually free of charge by other hotels; such as asking for 2 queens instead of 1 king bed cost an exta $30 per night; and if I wanted a adjoing rooms to connect with my friends that's another $10. Dialing for register you get prompted options and a recorded msg. Instead of a "live" person.

Beautiful hotel and luxurious suite. Several options for dining and shopping. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are perfect for business travelers! Location is optimum for sands expo attendance. Good for boutiques shopping at wynn-palazzo- venetian junction.

During booking I couldn't get price for Strip-view suits neither I got possibility to book specific floor & window-view. Breakfast service (variety & assortment) at grande cafe is relatively poor while at dal toro is just bad.

The room was very nice and the complementry wi-fi.

Waiting over an hour for our luggage to arrive in the room. Bathroom was not equipt with a hair dryer and waited for that to arrive in the room. Just the waiting started our stay in the wrong mood.
