Rooms are large and luxurious
I asked for a view of the strip, which the hotel said I had, but turned out it was of the "quiet" end - not toward the Bellagio, so make sure you ask to look towards the Bellagio
Location, decor, and the service on the prestige tower definitely and excellent touch
Hotel is first class, we were ungraded to the prestige level and the famous 23rd floor. We were informed on the last day of all the benefits that we were entitled too. Seems a little late. Pool area was great. Drinks around pool way too exspensive. $15-18. Cmon!
We're not told that beverages(water, soda, etc) were free from the bar on the 23rd floor, so everything we took from the mini bar ( mostly water) was charged to our bill. Bell staff seemed annoyed when we didn't tip him at the room, because I flipped the original bellman $20 when we parked/valet the car. Everyone in Vegas has their hand out for tips. It gets stale after a couple of days.
Rooms were big and spacious. Staff were attentive. Room Service was efficient and food presentation was awesome.
NICE ROOM. NICE SHARED POOL AREA. GOOD RESTAURANTS. SHOPPING.
AMBIANCE AT THE CASINO. BETTER SPORTS BETTING DEPARTMENT
The location was decently located for my conference, but that's about it.
This is a casino hotel. I wasn't there for the casino part, and you have to walk through the casino to get from the guest rooms to anywhere else; through loud slot machines, gaming tables, and lots of cigarette smoke. NOT the way I wanted to start or end my days.
The suite was bigger than my apartment...unbelievable. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone. Right on the strip in the heart of Vegas...you can't do better than that!
All the rooms are suites. Spacious, great shower! Separate tub, comfortable bed, perfect location. Stayed here during the week so we got a great deal. If you don't mind splurging a bit, or can get a great deal, it's absolutely worth it. A ton of restaurants to chose from!
Pool area was a bit disappointing. You do have access to venetian pool also, overall palazzo pool was pretty simple and extremely crowded.
Super Suites (we booked 2x, worth every penny) Access to the exec floor is an absolute must upgrade
The smoking inside the casino
Location, ambience, decor
Our king suite was absolutely fabulous, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!
Reception was a breeze, thanks to a knowledgeable and professional staff!Nadia was efficient and outstanding!! Thank you!!Was in my room in no time and my luggage delivered promptly!! It was also guiet at night!!The 38 the floor suite had a magnificent view !!
The interior in the suite a bit tired, but very clean!!Can't point anything really negative!!
Great location Amazing hotel! Awesome room! Stunning view!
Not all of the staff were that friendly
The concierege was very good at handling all my requests
My booking was not under my correct name ...it was reversed...it was ver difficult to change as 2 staff said they could not do it and then my last attempt it worked.
Beautiful suites, clean,w/ all the amenities you could ask for , a gorgeous view ...NO coffee maker in the room which suited me fine...don't like them there. They are a green facility. Easy access to anywhere and everywhere. I could go on and on and on!!!
Housekeeping came at unusual times. Maintenance woman Came to regrout bathroom at 8 pm,(said they'd come back after we left in a few days),and another to sew a button back on sleep sofa in afternoon while we were there in the room. Odd, but on top of repairs I guess. It was fine, quick repair. Housekeeping puts work orders into them which they say they need to act on. Another evening, housekeeping knocked then quickly came in but thankfully we had latch across the door lock cuz they would have barged in on us! Oops!
Hotel located on the north end of the strip. Quad and Link area was fairly close and nice alternative to hotel entertainment. A multitude of action and activity within the Pallazo and the Venetian properties, but you would never know it while in your hotel room. Room floors were mostly quiet, which was nice. Pallazo in a nutshell: Great restaurants, great shops, great entertainment, great pool, and beautiful women. What more can you ask? Snoop party at Tao was "off the hook!"
I wish the monorail stop was a little closer, but it wasn't too far. A lot of the entertainment and shopping was expensive, but I expect that in Vegas. The signage to navigate between the Pallazo and Venetian could be a little better, but that's also most hotels in Vegas.
Ambience Cleanliness Staff
No tea/coffee making facilites in room and no water either (this is a 5* hotel for goodness sake!). Pool area was packed like sardines and the towels were old and threadbare. No chilled water coolers. In contrast the pool area at the Wynn was fantastic.
Fabulous hotel, huge rooms, good location and twinned with the Venetian.
Clean, location, quality of the hotel (rooms, roomservice, staff), room, view, etc.
Pool area could be a bit bigger, but we were not there for a pool holiday
I love the location of the property. The casino is very nice and has separate areas for smokers and non smokers. I would stay here any and every time I travel to Vegas. It's expensive but definitely worth the money. :-)
My only complaint about the property (which is otherwise as good as expected) is with our check-in experience. We arrived after a five hours drive at the check-in queue. There was just a party of people before us but they were very busy chatting with the people at the check-in desk. We finally managed to get checked in after about 20 minutes and only after I started quite vocally to complain that the representatives working for the VIP check-in should give a hand since they were just standing there doing nothing. To add insult to injury, when I was complaining to a representative who just stands there to help with the queue (of which there was basically none) about this, she kept telling me that the VIP lane representatives were helping those customers when there was literally nobody in that lane. This was a poor, poor start to our stay, particularly after being talked to like an idiot!
Prestige Suite package
Prestige Suite check in at 23rd floor closed at 9pm. Why don't organize a preferred check in after 9pm at the main reception desk?
Excellent in all
