The Palms Hotel & Spa  

There was nothing to reccomend this hotel over any other in our stay in th USA.We stayed at the Hilton Key Largo and the Avalon in Key west both of which were far superior and les expensive.

We were charged $14.00 per day resort fee although we did not use the pool owing to the noise from building work next door.Everybody in our party(We had 6 or 7 rooms) had charges added to their bill that they had not incurred,these were removed immediately after we complained,this leads me to believe that it was a deliberate ploy to to increase the hotels profit.We also had trouble communicating with the staff as most of them spoke very little English.I Would never stay at this hotel again.

Beach, rooms and all the leisure things were excellent!

There were noisy construction works in the adjusent building. Scheduled for completion in 2013 2nd half. Be aware!

I really enjoyed the Spa treatment! It was awesome!! The hotel staff was very nice and plesant. The atmosphere was very laid back and stress free.

I really did not like the design of the bathrooms, and the rooms were small.

I love this hotel. The problem is that There is no possibility to open the window, so You are near the beach : )and You can not open the window in any of those rooms : (. Beautiful garden and pool area.

I liked that we had direct beach access.

I wish it were a little closer to the bar and restaurant area (Ocean Drive), it would have been nice to have a shuttle to and from the airport. It would be nice to have a bar on the premises that is open late. The staff was nice, but it took 12 hours to bring toothpaste up and the hotel rooms were nice, but I have seen better. To me it was an ok hotel, not great, but not terrible either.

Fantastic ocean view, great private beach with sun chairs and bar service. Grand lobby with relaxing piano music,lush garden and veranda giving you a feeling of true luxury. Very proffesional staff, valet parking outstanding. New fresh towels for the beach was a blessing.

The Essensia Restaurant was expensive with a limited menu. Sunday BBQ was a dissapointment, food was below what you would expect from a 4* hotel and a price tag of $30 pp, sausages and beef burgers ought to be replaced with beef cooked on the grill. Allthough breakfast was excellent it ought to have a less expensive option that offers a continental breakfast for guests that are not used to eat dinner at breakfast.

I like to be at this hotel because it's the only one that has a green area in South Beach.

I don't like that I can open the windown of my bedroom.

the service at the bar lounge inside can improve.

La ubicacion para quienes les gusta Souch Beach es buena , el acceso a la playa es comodo . La pisisna es linda .

En esta ocacion me toco una habitacion muy pequeña y la ventana no se podia abrir , tienen que mejorar las ventilacion en los dormitorios . Y me parecio caro la habitacion y tambien todos los servicios extras del hotel me resultaron caros .
