I liked some of the designs especially the bar and outside areas. The hotel staff really made this place and I think that's important, in particular the beach and concierge. It would have been wonderful if there was a jacuzzi outside near the pool. I also would have liked it if the hotel were clear about what I actually owed in relation to costs as there was a mix up over me taking something from the mini bar when I did not. Also, when I came there was maintanence and building work being carried out, I normally stay in the Loews and was advised to stay in the Palms as an alternative because the Loews were having construction also. I was dissapointed by the noise which was practically next to my room, although I did speak with the front desk manager who offered a complimentary breakfast and room change as compensation. |

The renovated rooms are nice, the pool and beach are fantastic ! They were redoing-renovating the whole building during our stay and that affected our sleep and rest !!! The breakfast is extremely expensive and the location is a bit far from downtown (almost 25 min walking). |

position, next to ocean drive and lincon street (15 by walk).in front of the ocean and good acces to the beach they under doing building works and at the check in non information is given to the customer. |

it was fine! everything ok. nice place stuff ok They have some special rules, these are nowhere written or spoken --> for not self eating and self drinking on the beach but sometimes money talks. That's was not so nice. |

Excellent ocean view room, large swimmingpool. At the beach the stuff brings you your chairs and umbrellas where you want it (we gave them always a 1 dollar tip). Very tasteful breakfast although expensive ( a few streets away there is a nice and cheap Cuba-breakfast-restaurant). Nice coctail bar in the evening. Stuff is very friendly. First they wanted to put us in a city view room, although we booked at booking.com an ocean view. So we complained and got our room. I have short red hair and my friend doesn't have any, but we kept finding long, very long black hair in our room - at the walls(!), in the bathroom... Only 20 TV channels, cheaper hotels have 80. And at last they wanted to charge us for the room 250 dollars(! |

The combination of excellent service with low prices There was some noise during the day because of the construction/reparation at the 8th floor, but since we did not stay in the room during the day, it did not bother us that much |

We were fortunate to be staying there on Sunday evening when the courtyard hosts a jazz coctail hour. It was delightful! The pool and patio and garden with its sculptures are just so elegant and surprising! |

Customer service was flawless. We got our room upgraded and had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool, facilities and beach for a full day after checkout.The hotel's staff made everything possible to make our stay memorable. |

The patio was the best part of the hotel. Has comfortable couches and oversized chairs to lounge on and listen to the fountains. The beach area right in front of the hotel wasn't crowded b/c it is so far north and most people where down around 17th street area. The concierge was extremely helpful in directing us to anything we wanted, including dinner, yoga studio and a functioning spa. The hotel is undergoing renovations therefore there where an number of problems. Considering what you are paying for a night stay, they did not offer any compensation to make you forget their shortcomings. The elevator broke down numerous times and if we were not on the 11th floor it would not be a big deal. |

I liked that my room was quiet and comfortable. I particularly liked having breakfast on the veranda. The bathroom was too small but the rest of the room was very comfortable and well furnished. |

Relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Amazing view of of Ocean. Very well kept. My only negative comment would be that it was slightly overpriced.. The additional tax at the end of the stay was quite alot.. it should be included so we know what to expect. |

The pool area and beach were beautiful. The service was good. Great breakfast! It kind of reminded me of Honolulu. The Spa hasn't opened yet which wasn't clear on the website. It would have been nice to know in advance but we still had a great time. The food seemed a little overpriced. |
