Everything. Great beds!!
Air conditioner dried out room too much
This hotel was the highlight of my two weeks staying in different cities/hotels every two nights in the US for business. I like the decoration, simple and tasteful, so comfortable that you feel like you are home. Although we were in the middle of town I couldn't really hear the traffic and had a great night sleep. The sushi bar in the ground floor is fun and social, which is a bonus if you are travelling on your own.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Clean rooms,Great Location
A bit pricey.......a continental breakfast and a soaker tub thrown in might make it seem worthwhile.
Staff couldn't find my reservation, so I had to leave for a few hours. But they bumped me up to a much nicer room w/o me having to complain. Very apologetic and sweet about it. Great location, great stay!
We were amazed to see The Sheraton conveniently located in downtown Seattle within easy walking distance to shopping and Pike Street Market. We especially appreciated the room with a lovely view from the 16th floor! Chihuli art was on display in the lobby as well as in our room.
Everything was great!
The staff were awesome, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect
Nothing cones to mind.
Close to everything.
The hotel provides liquid soap in the bathtub/shower in a container fixed high on the wall so that it is convenient for a shower. This does NOT function for a bather in the tub! There was only one very small bar of soap provided, so we had to take it back and forth. If this is a money-saving or even enviornmental issue, it's too picky/cheesey - and very annoying.
Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We came for our wedding and received a bottle of champagne upon arrival….made the beginning of our celebration so special. Very comfortable rooms and beds….great.
Location, location, location. Rooms were very good - nicely appointed and a great value considering the prevailing hotel rates in downtown Seattle.
It was all good!
Great central location. Comfortable bed. Nice lobby with free coffee. Awesome helpful concierge.
Excellent location in city center
Room did not meet expectations for comfort. Hard over full pillows made for a bad night and sore neck the following day. No coffee maker in room. Even cheap hotels have coffee makers anymore.
Friendly and helpful staff
Nice room, but nothing special. Free wi-fi was nice.
Toilet did not work properly, even after multiple calls. Nothing at this hotel "wowed" us. Way overpriced for what you get!
Location. Corner room.
Very early room cleaning.
The decor, and the location.
Stuffy, highbrow, judgemental people abound.
location, general amenities
exercise gym could have had more variety of weights including free weights
Friendly Staff and very accommodating for requests.
friendly, clean, good utility. Nice looking place and great location.
really the only negative was that after $54 in taxes the hotel was $400 a night after the discounted price I got through this site. Just not that special a place for the price.
Very friendly and helpful personal ! Very clean rooms!!
Location was great, hotel restaurant was delicious, the beds were sooo comfortable and the staff very helpful!
A couple of stray hairs in the bathroom
The bed was wonderful, as was the complimentary wifi.
At $350 per night ($299 plus $50 taxes), this is extremely expensive. We paid another $40 for parking.
The Staff was incredibly friendly and alway there if we needed anything or had any questions. Spending a lot of time in hotels you see a lot but I would definite go back and recommend it to people! The bed was soooo comfy!!
