The customer service was excellent. every need was supplied. The staff was knowledgeable and informative.

All Staff Members were outstanding. Facility is spotless. Restaurants were well staffed and efficient.

The hotel did not disappoint! I had not been back within the last 5-7 years. A lot has changed and it is all good. Everything was wonderful!

The gym/exercise area, the beds and internet service were all excellent. The room service speed and quality was also quite nice.

The air conditioning was weak and surprisingly so for a Florida hotel. We had on full blast the full time we were there and we never got cold.

Very clean hotel and the food is excellent. The staff is attentive. The air conditioning rattled in our room which was bothersome in the middle of the night.

There is a helicopter tour that circles the pool hotel constantly and you feel like you are next to an airport. Very loud and annoying.

All wonderful !!!

King Suite was very spacious. Many options for dining on site. Walking distance to the Convention Center. The ducks parading to the fountain was precious. Excellent fitness center. Wonderful spa services.

Restaurants on site are quite expensive. We were unclear about the "bill to room" option. We tipped at the restaurant and then found that the gratuity was added to our bill as well.

We enjoyed our stay very much our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer... I would recommend your hotel to all of our friends and family...

Our biggest complaint is your valet parking,,, first of all you should inform your customers of the extreemly long wait for your car in the morning.... We had to wait for over one hour for our vehicle, had we been informed of the looonnng wait, we would had parked our vehicle ourselves... And not had the hassle of waiting in line I recommend that you take a better look at your customer service in the valet department.... And the clincher to all of this is that we had to pay for this loonng wait....

The cleaning....we found a dirty pillow case and a sponge in the room.

Beautiful facility, clean rooms, options for food, friendly staff.

We were unable to check in at the time given to us. Our baggage was held and they called when ready but it was still a big inconvenience and cut into our plans.

Very crowded at check out, long wait for valet to bring car. Also, our schedule prevented us from seeing the ducks!

All restaurants were more than accomodating to our vegan diet. Even the Italian Steakhouse went above and beyond to make sure we had the most wonderful meals! The beds were very comfortable, too. We upgraded to the Club level. Well worth the extra $45.00/day as it included parking and breakfast and early evening snacks, desserts, etc.

A lot of kids - it is DisneyWorld, after all!

The hotel is clean and beautiful and the cleaning ladies are so friendly and helpful. Most pleasant I can say.

False advertisement with room prices. Breakfast is free at so many hotels on international except for here which is overpriced. Sad that I went to the Hilton 5 mins away and had a free breakfast as one of my friends stayed there.

Not friendly, specially front desk Did not give put final receipt under my door, had to make a long wait (which ended in the not so very friendly front desk) I stayed for seven nights, and only had the room "really" cleaned once. This is the only hotel where, in the Club room (in floor 26) you charge for wine and beer. And water, you have to practically pray for it.
