Location, staff's customer service mind set and care.

Since the hotel open I do still coming back again every time I visit New York because I like the hotel style & stander.

The breakfast need improvement & the rate need to be reviews as little as high.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean

The breakfast and happy hour didn't have enough choices but what was there was good.

The staff are great The rooms very clean, quiet and comfortable Despite what others say, the continental breakfast is more than sufficient. If you want a hotel that serves a big buffet breakfast, go somewhere else...! It's fantastic location. Just off Times Square. Right amongst the Broadway theatres (in fact it's directly across the road from where The Book of Mormans is playing and next door to where Chicago is playing). Handy to many nice restaurants and great shopping We will definitely stay there every time we visit New York

The staff was really nice. I did appreciate that they called me to confirm my booking, but also when I left there was a message in my room in case I needed help for my departure. They always greeting you when you arrive or leave during your stay. The room was really comfortable and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay.

Good location

Very poor breakfast, no meat! place for breakfast is not convinient at all. Smell of tobacco in the morning in the toilet for 3 days in a row, though they say Pearl is non-smoking hotel. They could not deal with that problem and could not find the violator.

Loved the balcony, the shower, the bed. Size of the room decent. Very nicely done up room and shower bathroom. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. This was a mother daughter trip. Loved it. A bad hotel could have ruined it.

I did not go for bfast but my daughter did and she said the food was not at all to our standards. Very poor quality of pastries and muffins. Also, though the hotel is very strict about not smoking, some of the guests in the hotel are smoking and the smell coming to the room is awful.

Location is awesome. So close to everything. Hotel is beautiful. Staff are lovely. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Room had a kitchenette with microwave and small fridge, but no plates or cutlery. The continental breakfast is adequate, but does get boring after a few days of the same thing. Whilst we were there for 10 days, the hotel posted a photo of pancakes on Facebook advertising breakfast, but we did not see pancakes in the 10 mornings of our breakfasts!

Great service and great location, staff is very accommodating, first class facility would definitely stay again!

Slow wifi

The Pearl is outstanding in every way! From the prime location to the accommodating staff, the hotel distinguishes itself as a perfect place to stay in NYC's Time Square.

Hotels in NYC Theater District, including The Pearl, are grossly over-priced. Except for this, we would visit the city much more frequently.

No much varity of TV channels, and No drinking water.

The staff were fantastic and so helpful, in particular Christian the concierge and the doormen who arranged taxis and airport transport. They were all so accomodating and made our stay so comfortable. The location is second to none, we were steps from a supermarket, subway, Times Square, Rockefeller centre, port authority and directly opposite to one of the best musicals on broadway at the moment.

Poor breakfast, fully self service and very limited choice of food.

the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. After the first night we asked to change room to get one less noisy and the staff gave us another one bigger at the same price. Breakfast was great. Location is excellent.

For the first night we had a room on the back which was very noisy. We stayed for a week and found out when we checked out that the room had difference prices each day. It is a bit pricy.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the Hotel was key (easy to get to nyc subways, Port Authority for buses, Broadway shows, restaurant row, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, etc.)

Didn't think housekeeping did an appropriate job in keeping the bathroom as clean as could have been. Left trash on counter.

The hotel is well designed, clean and very conveniently located. Staff were all very helpful with one exception of a female concierge assistant, she was abrupt and not very friendly. Wifi and breakfast are both included in the price

Even though the breakfast was free but the general self-service scrumble and plastic crockery and cutlery were very off putting. It creates a flavour of a cheap hotel and I feel the hotel will benefit greatly from proper set tables and china.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the location can't be beat. There's a little market 1/2 block down with anything you could possibly want/need.

The breakfast area was crowded if you went after 8 am. The look was very sleek and modern- but many of the chairs had very low backs so you couldn't sit back. The food selection was adequate but nothing unique or different- which is fine.

A bit pricey but it was the normal rate for NY I suppose
