The location of the hotel is superb, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful at every level. It was my second stay at this hotel and hopefully it will not be long before I stay for a third time, that's how much I enjoy it.

Die Lage, aber dies ist auch das Einzige! Teils ungaublich arrogantes Personal, Check-in eine Katastrophe, Begleitung zum Zimmer musste von mir angefordert werden, Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, konnte die Diskussion nebenan ohne Probleme mitverfolgen, keine Zeitung am Morgen wie versprochen, Frühstück ein Desaster, dauert ewig, Personal sagenhaft hochnäsig!

地点 泳池 你们可以问下酒店为什么他们不在预授权里扣款而另外又扣一次，他们预收了14000多，结账时12000多- ，我查银行知道预授的冻结在账户里，他们又重- 新刷了结账费用12000多，什么时候他们会取消预授。占用一笔费用啊

Location and spa. Service was uneven (especially room service), and the bar next to reception was boring. Room service was pricy (even if we were happy to pay $1000+ per night for a suite).

Loved the location. Very nice room. Big bathroom. Good staff. Facilities very diminished due to refurbishment works. Only one restaurant operating so eventually gave up trying to get an afternoon cup of tea. Encouraged to order room service breakfast but was not clear what was included. Ended up paying an extra $50 for 2 fruit salads and a bowl of cornflakes. ! felt ripped off. Also could not honour the 4pm check out advertised on web site (not bookings.com) as we had not booked directly with them.

Peninsula Spa(including gym and indoor swimming pool) opens 5:30 in the morning. So I could use it before I went to the office.That helped a lot to keep my energy.
