    Bellman and doorman were pleasant... Pool was nice but not really a place to bring kids as it is close to the spa and you have to be quiet as people look at you if you talk...

    Room was very small and not as big as it appears in the pictures online ... The view was the worst I have ever had at a hotel stay...I was looking at two run down buildings so I chose not to even open the windows... Pool was nice but if my daughter would make a noise others at the pool would give her a look as if she was annoying them... Chose this hotel as I was coming for MD visits and also for my daughters birthday , but was not able to use the car as it was not available at the times which is not advertised online that it is only available at certain times...Bathtub drain was not working...Overcharged upon checkout...So dissatisfied that I left a day early although I had a free night ... tried to work with the staff to get me a partial refund as we were dissatisfied but hotel did not work with them...Definately not worth what I was charged...

    super location very nice & helpful at check in the doormen very helpful & made you feel at home roof top bar is wonderful & excellent staff

    bed rooms are small not 5 star rooms in the Dorchester & Savoy in London are all most twice the size the main restaurant food was excellent service was dredadful 15 minuits to get a drink & menus 20 minuits for the starter 45 minuits wait for the main at best the restaurant was only about a third full & it's not cheap

    I had a very wonderful stay. The hotel staff took really good care of us and made sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and very elegant. I stayed in the wonderful Deluxe King Suite.The staff was very helpful and house keeping was very attentive to our needs. The restaurant and cafe in lobby were excellent. Very luxurious, top notch. If you are looking for high quality service book at this hotel.

    1. Excellent restaurant, a lot of dishes to chose from. 2 . Perfect breakfast.

    1. It was very cold in the room and we couldn't make it wormer 2. it's impossible to get driver promised. (3 hours/day)

    1. Staff very courteous 2. Great facilities 3. Nice atmosphere 4. Concierge service very polite and helpful

    1. Very expensive - breakfast for 5 c. $350 (kids don't eat that much). 2. No turn down service at night - disappointing having spent $9,500 for 3 nights. 3. The additional bed/sofa for our 3rd child was put away each day, but we had to remind staff every night to make it ready, which at 11pm when kids tired not good. Bit more forethought by hotel staff would have helped.

    Overall, it was a great decision to stay here. Worth every penny we spent. Friendly stuff and very helpful.

    staff made children feel very welcome, great little "extra's" for kids (teddy bears, snack boxes, baby soaps, etc.), great location, nice rooftop bar, food in hotel was very good

    restaurant under renovation while we were there, but it wasn't really a problem

    the view from superior room is like no view at all.
