Perfect Location

Really Really Really slow wireless internet.

Friendly, helpful front desk. Very nice room. Free wifi in room.

If you are a tourist I wouldnt recommend this hotel. Although fairly clean the rooms are small and the hotel is surrounded by homeless people. A stay near fishermans wharf would have been more enjoyable.

Great location, 1 minute away from Nordstrom / Bloomingdales shopping center.

The shower is very loud and you can hear other people using their bathrooms. It also takes a long time to get the hot water.

Staff does not greet when you enter or leave the hotel. Not even trying to have eye contact. Internet connectivity was very bad. Room cleaning is strangely manage. You have to contact the service desk or talk to the service personell directly to ave your room cleaned befor lunch.

comfy, white bed and decently sized clean room with modern style.

small bathroom, old tub and the headboard banged against the wall every time you sat on the bed or did the other things that my next-door neighbors were doing until late at night.

The location was excellent and it was friendly and comfortable

Room could have been a bit cleaner I actually dusted along the skirting board myself

Good location for the money. Very clean and staff very pleasent. Rooms looked updated, flat screen tv. Lounge was very nice. Food very good.

Walls were quite thin, room alittle small. Parking I thought was quite high $40 per night.

Room is very smelli lift services so slow and I wait and wait at floor 8 my room window glass was broken please repair please do something about smell and safocation of room please except cash in advance in case credit card not worked

The bed was fairly comfortable.

The hotel was terrible the shower would stop flowing water during your shower then slowly start flowing again. I would not stay there again if it was free.

It was great hotel close to the Moscone Center everyone had a smile on their face and was very helpful.

Fairly priced, and adequate. The staff is prompt and very helpful. I genuinely appreciated them.

I've stayed a few times now and some rooms are a bit run down. This is an older building and it shows occassionally. Low ceiling in workout room. I had 1 out of 3 good shower heads.

We liked the location and the elegance of the hotel. We had a corner room with the sunshine streaming in old casement windows (covered by new modern windows). Beautiful view of the city. Loved the old feel of the hotel yet luxurious accommodations. Great location!

The room was clean and located in an SF area where we wanted to be.

The registration desk was staffed with people who were not friendly and a bit sarcastic. The restaurant decided that they were closed but there was a copy seated who had not ordered their food and the waiter was about to take their order.

Staff were great. Room was small but very nice (we were upgraded). Location was just south of Market/ Union Square, so pretty good.

Reall, nothing. We will stay again.
