Beautiful and spacious living area. Full kitchen. Well supplied. Comfortable bed. Close enough to downtown to walk, if you don't mind walking. My wife and I logged in over 14,000 steps each day!
The unit was comfortable and vert spacious
The unit was not serviced s md cleaned before our arrival. I had to call several nbers before I got someone on the line who was able to get someone in to clean. It was upsetting a letdown and an unconvinced because we had wanted to shower before going out for the evening
Beautiful rental! Roomy, clean, and comfortable- it was like a home away from home. It had all of the conveniences that we required for our stay, and then some.
Many light bulbs were burned out and some supplies were lacking (counter top cleaner, toilet paper), but I'm sure we could've called to have them replaced.
Nice decor. Clean and spacious. Nice balcony.
More towels would have been nice.
I really like the location of the building. The apartment was amazing, I felt right at home. I hope to visit again in the near future.
I didn't like the fact that you could hear every step the people above me made. It started at 8 am and went on for a couple of hours.
Walking distance to downtown. Great views from the balcony.
Insufficient sound insulation. Too much noise from the unit above. No directions for TV remotes or for the washer dryer.
Easy to book, easy to follow instructions. Every detail regarding check in directions, codes, keys, was perfectly correct. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and convenient to a grocery store with wide selections of healthy choices. We will definitely stay again for our next visit, much nicer than a hotel room!
I have nothing negative regarding my visit to this property.
It didn't seem like it at first, but it was a good location. Quiet. Comfortable.
Directions were poor. I had to stop at the visitors center to figure out where it was.
Some odd decor choices but nothing that distracted from our stay!
The rooms were large, beautiful, and clean.
The condo is in a great location close to downtown, a grocery store and the interstate. The condo had pretty much everything needed to be comfortable. It is in a convenient location to walk to and from downtown. There is no staff, but check in was fine with the supplied codes.
Parking is tight. I had the last spot next to a wall, and it was difficult to get in and out, and that's without a lot of the spots filled. The bed in our condo was not top quality. Also, the European washer and dryer combo doesn't work well. In addition, there were no extra blankets, towels, wash rags, etc. Finally, while the location is good, walking to and from downtown each day took you right past where a number of homeless men congregate. One of the men, clearly mentally ill, verbally accosted my wife and I and walked toward us in a very menacing fashion. We kept moving without incident, but be aware.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was comfortable, beautifully furnished, and very convenient, both for walking to restaurants and shopping downtown, and driving to nearby attractions!
The space was large and very clean with wonderful access to downtown Asheville as well as the interstate. The condo was nicely appointed and a great value for the money.
This is a condo where people live and so there are not any staff on hand to ask questions about the city or travel plans, so you have to do it on your own, which didn't bother me.
The location of the Pioneer Building is great. It is just a few blocks into the downtown area without being right in the middle of downtown. The condo was very clean and well kept. Coffee, groceries, gas are also very close by. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go from this location.
Noise is a problem in this building. Noise from people walking in the condo above us was terrible especially for the price paid to stay here. I would also say it priced a bit too high as well.
Great location. Very spacious. Really enjoyed the comfort of an excellent one bedroom apartment with amenities.
Location and elegant apartment
Combo washer dryer. A stacked dual unit would be far superior
The room we rented was superb. Everything was very clean and well kept. Very luxurious and great value for the money. I would highly recommend this place.
was beautiful and close to everything. I was pleasantly surprised. had friends over for the ballgame and cooked chilli was great
needs A recliner
The apartment was beautiful. The view was enhanced by the beautiful rounded wall of windows. It was a great room to gather and chat with old friends.
The condo was large and beautifully decorated. Beds and bedding were luxurious and bedrooms and bathrooms were at opposite ends of the condo providing privacy. Plenty of space for entertaining (which we did on several occasions because Whole Foods and Trader Joe's were right next door). Loved that we could walk to downtown Asheville to shop and eat. Loved our stay and will definitely book again!
The check in process was a little confusing
The condo was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed (coffee maker, full kitchen, DVD player, etc)! We were centrally located near downtown, with all the amenities we needed for a long weekend. Loved the Jetted tub, close proximity to Greenlife (Whole Foods) for good groceries.
Road noise. There were workers leaf-blowing the surrounding properties at 7am on Saturday morning, as well as some kind of industrial trucks coming and going on adjacent properties all day. The bathroom was a bit dark also with minimal lighting and no windows.
Nicely appointed. Close to grocery shopping. Great instructions.
A bit of a walk into downtown, but doable.
Spacious room (503). Good view. Free parking. Whole Foods just across street. Internet pictures do not do the rooms justice.
not enough towels.
Great space for a weekend stay
The instructions fro checkin and checkout were confusing
