Room very noisy

the bed was very comfortable, we were on the 11th floor so it was quiet, the staff were helpful and friendly, we had booked early so we got an excellent room rate
the hotel is looking tired here and there, such as skirting boards and general decor, the restaurant is small and badly lit, there were too many of us trying to board the 0500hrs shuttle to the airport - why not ask in advance so they know how many they have to transport?
food - veg stir fry very poor.. queen beds too small

Staff were arguing to the point of yelling at each other at the front desk; very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Airport shuttle was free, but it was very dirty and run down. Not a good first impression of the hotel. Our flight was cancelled and we were in a bind for a room on short notice. $349 for one night is robbery for this room but we had no choice. For some reason rooms were very hard to come by. Oh well , supply and demand.

Location was convenient, staffing was some what pleasant...
There was mole in the the room, the toilet bowl was disgusting, the tray that was used to served food on was so dirty, couldn't do room one morning. I was told there was no staff to deliver room service because staff didn't showed for work... Really??? I had to checked out a day earlier than planned to stayed because of poor facility... I would never stay at a Radisson or any chain that associate with the Radisson...

The hotel was cheaply renovated. Pictures give you the impression of higher quality. Totally not. The bathroom was dirty which speaks volumes about the rest of the room. They didn't bother to even wipe the shaved hair on the bathroom counter left by the obviously male, red headed, occupant. Had I not been exhausted from travelling 18 hrs and had another flight 6 hrs later and needed to sleep then I would have definitely changed hotels. Bed was visually clean and comfortable. Definitely not a place I would stay or recommend to anyone especially for over $200 a night.

Breakfast was nice and decent.
Response time to requests was very poor. When we arrived , our room was not properly cleaned and it took almost an hour to have it properly cleaned. The following morning, the bath was blocked after the first use and it took over an hour for the maintenance plumber to come in, at a time we were already running late for our 11:15 am flight so two of us had to forfeit having a proper bath before heading to the Airport. As a Carlson Club member, this is my worst Radisson experience!
Friendly staff. Drop off at airport
Driver of shuttle bus was not courteous. Got upset when he discovered I had not told him terminal number that I wanted at airport.......said that "I did his head in". Dont need that at 5 am in morning.
Breakfast was poor
The bed was quite comfortable and the fact that I could access new movies to buy in the hotel room as this is the only entertainment available The valet guys were helpful
The food serve for dinner was horrendous. Staffs were staring from far away no such thing as welcoming Cleanliness in the room was so and so as I could see hair everywhere in the bath and toilet floor Carpet in the hall way is so loud and smell I was denied room service due to lack of staffs Breakfast queue massive whilst dining room was empty. Same person cooking and at the counter. Complete mess. Food despite being at the counter with warming lights on, food was stoned cold Concierge girl doesn't care a damn. No help or not even a smile
