We have stayed at the Plaza before. The rooms are very comfortable and you get a bedroom for about the same cost as a 4 star hotel. Easy parking and close to San Jose airport. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. The only a problem we have experienced was when our room faced the freeway. The noise level was loud and made sleeping hard. We asked to be moved to another section of the hotel and the hotel staff were very accommodating and the room they moved us to, over looking the pool, was very quiet.

Very quite hotel, great for Adult travelers or business travelers. Not very family friendly environment. More for adult travelers.

Clean, well appointed rooms; nice firm bed. Rooms of decent size but not huge. Good breakfast buffet and nightly glass of beer/wine in the bar (both included in room price). Free parking. Close to reasonably priced restaurants, fuel, convention center, and airport. It was nice but a bit pricey. There is some noise at night from the nearby highway 101, but not enough to interfere with my sleep.

in adequate staff , the restaurant was closed on saturday. i had to carry my own bags - no assistance for the same from the hotel.

love the rooms, feft very comfortable. The room had a strong smell of perfume, that may have just been from a prior guest in that room???

location but the hotel was grossly overpriced. I would not stay there in future. Sadly, exactly the kind of hotel that I was trying to avoid …… Old carpets, dingy corridors etc. that leave a slight creepy feel. Fortunately I was there mostly to come and sleep. So no harm done. Just hated paying that much for the experience. Service etc. was fine. Just no connection with 200+ a night even in California.
