I usually stay at the peninsula in new york but glad that i made the change. Fabulous hotel in the perfect position. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we ordered 2 coffees which cost 22 dollars. It is a very luxurious hotel but the prices for drinks and bar snacks are extremely high and of course taxes and tips on top of this make a dent in your pocket. All said and done I would definatley go back |

Location the best. Ambiance wonderful. room very small. Had to move the bedside lamp to open the closet. Service in the lounge for tea was slow and unfriendly. Hotel does not have a restaurant choices typical of top hotels. |

Courteous and professional staff. Very nice restoration of this NY landmark. There were no mirrors in the room. Only the one in the bathroom vanity.Maybe they are still finishing the decoration details. |

ubicazione design stanze errori inqualificabili al check in per un 5 stelle abbiamo trovato bagagli di altre persone nella nostra stanza, per giustificarsi ci hanno cambiato stanza dandoci un up grade! |

Centrale ligging, Luxe en comfort van de kamer, vooral de badkamer was erg fraai. Verder erg onpersoonlijk. fitness ruimte was erg klein en beperkt. |

Très bel hôtel. Bien situe au pieds de cental park Pas de restaurant, extra et conso hors de prix. Exemple : petit déjeuner en chambre + de 100$ |

Sa situation géographique...son décor faste... Mis à part le personnel de réception et voituriers....des serveurs lents et peu dynamiques, femmes de ménage étourdies (chiffons oubliés sur les meubles, table de petit déjeuner retrouvée le soir dans la chambre! Ainsi que divers oublis de produits, papier ect...) |

Äußerst zuvorkommender Service von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, schließlich wohnt man in einem solchen Hotel nicht alle Tage. Nein, alles absolut perfekt! |

La magie et la beauté de l' endroit, la situation, la gentillesse et l' efficacité du personnel, le confort des chambres, les conseils avisés du concierge etc...Nous etions en famille ( 4 chambres) avec un bébé, (très bien acceuilli.. Lit, jouets, nourriture..)ce fut un très beau séjour pour tous. |
