歴史を感じられる趣でありながら洗練されていて、スタッフのソツの無さも含めて一流のホテルと感じられた。- ロビーに飾ってある花にも手が行き届いていて、いつも豪華な雰囲気と香りを楽しめた。 一度は泊まってみたいホテルだったので、この価格で泊まれたのはとてもラッキーだと思う。 |

I liked the service, the cooperation of the hotel saff, nice & warm wellcoming. I do not like the availablity of some vistors who are staying in hotel since while ago and as I thought they are from Gulf Region, since they are talking in rough style and reflect bad idea |

well plaza presence by central park and Fifth Avenue, the Plaza is a New York legend, its very name synonymous with class. Guests can use the plaza as a base for shopping, sightseeing and Broadway shows, all located within walking distance or easy rides. it was soo crowded that was the main problem .. e.g when u do shopping the bell man donot bring ur stuff immediatly ...that the only disadvantage... |

The quality of everything was such a high standard, the staff were incredibly friendly and the amenities in the room and the hotel overall were excellent. This has been my best hotel experience! Nothing at all! |

I usually stay at the peninsula in new york but glad that i made the change. Fabulous hotel in the perfect position. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we ordered 2 coffees which cost 22 dollars. It is a very luxurious hotel but the prices for drinks and bar snacks are extremely high and of course taxes and tips on top of this make a dent in your pocket. All said and done I would definatley go back |

Location the best. Ambiance wonderful. room very small. Had to move the bedside lamp to open the closet. Service in the lounge for tea was slow and unfriendly. Hotel does not have a restaurant choices typical of top hotels. |

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l'accueil, même s'il est un peu standardisé. La chambre (suite de luxe) était claire, spacieuse et la salle de bains somptueuse. Nous avons regretté devoir payer l'accès Wifi (15 us$ par tranche de 24h) qui n'est pas digne d'un établissement de ce standing. Nous n'avons pas aimé non plus le lobby, qui est trop petit et dans lequel on ne peut pas s'assoir, faute de sièges. |

La comida y ubicacion El personal q esta en la parte de afuera es muuuuy poco amable, ya que estaba lloviendo pero como tenian un evento privado, no habia personal que nos pidiera un taxi, despues de varios minutos, mientras esperabamos, nos dijeron que esperaramos el taxi en la parte donde te mojabas, sin importarles que fueses huesped. No hacian correctamente la limpieza de la habitacion, en 2 ocasiones se tuvo que llamar para que fueran a hacerla. |

Sua localização, tranquilidade e seu visual. Falta no loby do hotel mais sofas e poltronas para que as pessoas que vão para lhe encontrar possam lhe aguardar sentados, pois, os poucos sofas e poltronas que tem, são utilizados para quem vai consumir algo no bar. |

Le Plaza est un hotel mythique que à été rénové avec gout et beaucoup de moyen financier. Excellente situation. Les extras sont hors de prix (room service, petit déjeuner, ...) et le spa/gym sont décevants. |
