Clean spacious one bedroom suite Shuttles to parks, unless you like to sleep late Big pool Helpful staff
Pool could be a bit warmer, but hot tub is good
kitchen, free WIFI
floor lay-out, restaurant, bed
Good location, clean and friendly
The room was large and clean.
The breakfast was pricey and not very good.
We could see Universal and Wet n' Wild from our unit. Really easy access to the highway to Disney parks, close to the malls and restaurants. One bedroom apartment big enough for 2. Great closet space, even room enough to hide your lugagge. Big bathroom.
The cleaning staff comes every day but the cleaning is really basic... Too basic. They make your bed and clean the bathroom. They did not swipe the floors and you don't have the tools to do it yourself. Told the management, they said they would fix it. Water pressure was really bad, but that's not the first place I had this issue in the USA. The bed was too soft for my taste.
Loistava sijainti ja mukava henkilökunta.
Huone oli paikoitellen hieman kulunut ja olisin kaivannut kunnon siivousta joka päivä.
Staff was excellent and went out if their way to assist us. Especially Josh!
Only having booked an H room the noise between the two rooms is loud when doors are opening and closing. Particularly annoying late at night when trying to sleep. Not too sure if carpeting would dampen the noise. Fans and ventilation should be cleaned more often.
Some of the employees were very nice and tried their best to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was nice.
The younger ladies serving breakfast were snotty and weren't serviceminded at all.
The only thing that was not satisfactory was the pull out bed mattress that the kids slept on. it was extremely thin and uncomfortable!
Staff was nice.
No coffee in the room after the first night. No free coffee in lobby in the morning. Service in our room could have been better.
beautiful suite accommodations
our northern view was private but terrible in the foreground
We were in town for a trade show and had 5 rooms for 5 nights. The overall satisfaction of all our team with the hotel was VERY HIGH. The front desk staff, particularly Kaila (?), was outstanding. They were exceptionally friendly, knew how to do their job, were efficient even with wonky reservation issues. I was very pleased with this hotel and will be back.
My only issue with this hotel was the comfort of the bed. I slept fine, but I felt like the mattress was quite thin and flimsy.
That we had a place to sleep
we had booked at a specific hotel right in Disney World and booking.com decided to put us at the Point Orlando, so needless to say it ended up costing over $200 in taxi rides trying to find the right hotel:( Bookings.com wouldn't even help us out
Nice location ($6 Uber drive to/from Universal resort)
There were no water or tea in the kitchen whatsoever and no grocery stores that you can walk to.
Close proximity to everything.
Parking on wet lawn because they're not enough parking spaces.
The room was nicer than most under $150 a night.
Checking was 30 minutes long for a line of three people.
Everything is good,
i had to come back home
Staff was great. Their goal was to ensure all guests were taken care of in a courteous professional manner.
Loved the king size bed but found it a bit uncomfortable. Seemed like a little to soft for me
budget property that delivers greatly exceeded my expectations friendly efficient staff
Josh made our stay so pleasant - what a great young man - he made us feel right at home-wonderful customer service skills
Charging us every day for coffee - that is just not good hospitality - I would rather have free cheaper coffee than have to pay
Room and spacious bathroom was very comfortable!
The location so close to universal studios and international drive
The bed was to soft
Clean room; Friendly staff; Updated design style; Relaxing environment. Enjoyed the poolside bar.
The annoying roomates next door who were screaming and partying at 3:00 in the morning.
Nice homely feel because it wasn't a huge hotel. Very nice staff. Helpful manager who was always around. Loved the hot tub.
Sofa bed not comfortable for a 2 week holiday! An indoor bar would be good.
