Cleanliness and everybody was nice to talk to and were willing to help you with whatever you needed
Booked a room for two people with two beds and when I got there, they tried to charge me for four people but they fixed it when they figured it out
I actually liked everything about this place. Reasonably priced for top notch accommodations. Even though it was a little on the outskirts of town (as expected, for the price) it was just a short drive to the central parts of town. Plus the area seemed to be safe. I traveled with my dog and didn't feel unsafe taking her for a short walk at night.
I liked everything.
Check in was a breeze even though there were lots of tired truckers trying to check. Yes this is at a truck stop but built like a nice hotel with everything you need including a bar downstairs. Have a sense of humor as you may get stopped by a slightly inebriated trucker with a lame joke but I felt safer there then many high end places we've stayed. And they give you a free drink. Can't beat that. It was clean but you can tell the hall carpets need restretched. But we will use this place again. Hubby was too tired to eat so I went down to pick up food at the deli. Love that they have a store right there as well. Live music on weekends too.
I loved the diner food and the atmosphere. For being right next to a lot of truckers/trucking I honestly was a little skeptical at first but I felt very safe the entire time.
I guess the front desk could work a little on smiling more and being more welcoming.
i liked our location i liked the room generally
the staff on the front desk were not as helpful. me and my friends drove 10 hours from bay area and arrived there at the hotel by 5:30 am. we all know that the check in was at 4pm but i called that we might be checking in a lil earlier and they said that is okay and no extra charges. so we waited at the car til around 10:30 am. i called and ask the same lady and said that they are full and try to call them again around lunch time. I called the second time and she said they were full so they could not accommodate us yet.how can it be full when nobody was even parked at the parking area? on my third call thats the only time they let us check in. same lady said that they were in a meeting so the room couldnt be cleaned yet. so much excuses.
Easy access to freeway and Expo Center. Fridge and microwave in room.
No shower cap, lotion, conditioner in bathroom. Mirrors not full length. Lighting in bathroom dim. No water in container in exercise room. Some equipment not working.
No pool or spa.
Very comfortable bed
one stop shopping.. hotel movie theater lounge bar restaurant arcade convenience store.
for basically 100 bucks a night. you would think they would throw in a free breakfast. wifi didn't work either
The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. The staff behind him were just standing around and did not seem interested in any customer service. The location was very close to where we needed to be, the rooms were clean, neat and spacious. We would have liked some kind of breakfast option for the price. But the restaurant on site had very good service.
The fire alarm had gone off when we were getting ready in the morning and not knowing it was false we quickly gathered our things to get out. There was no communication or any type of compensation for the inconvenience.
I liked having the hotel with a lounge that has live music, a restaurant, a convenience store, a deli and and a few arcade games all under one roof! Have a drink, listen to some good music and not have to worry about transportation home.
Proximity to Portland Expo.
A bit bare bones for the money.
Being next to the bar and listening to drunk people @ 2am, and tractor trailer trucks pulling in and out right outside our window.
very bad not clean bad lacuation
Room was clean, staff was informed, shuttle to airport prompt and easy. Convenience store, deli, post office, cinema, arcade, and restaurant all on site.
The staff was amazing and the price was awesome. I was surprised at the quality of our stay, with the gas station out front and all. The desk was always staffed and they were always kind. Housekeeping was great too.
Although convenient, the gas station in the parking lot worried me. The beds were fine for me, but a couple of my friends found it tough to get comfortable.
Clean rooms that smelled great.
had everything in one place. good for a vacation base location.
wouldn't do anything about pot smokers on the building. got a contact high in the hallway and elevator.
Convenience of mini mall and gas station on premises. Easy to get to airport. I would definitely go there again.
Sometimes a little noisy during early A.M. hours since it is a truck stop area..
