The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location! love it.. The housekeeping was very good, appreciate the hard work those ladies do everyday, provide everything we need>
The carpet was very dirty. We have to call to request coffee to be brought up because there was nothing in the room, overall we had a great stay with you.
There was renovation work in progress during the stay, and not just in areas of the hotel where there were no guests, but outside my room and other occupied rooms. Walking around a dust filled corridor in a business suit 1st thing in the morning was not a great way to start the day. Cables and wiring hanging down all over the place, trips hazards, dust and noise - you name it. Why was this information not available when booking? And why were rooms in this area being booked at all?
Location, and the upgrades that are in progress, and the young staff members greeting us at the reception desk queue.
The resort fee is just not right. Just make the price of the room what it is and stop the insulting resort fee scheme.
There are works done which make a lot of noise and inconvenience. This fact is not published when you book the room and this is not right.
location, friendly staff , rooms
the resort fees
The building we stayed at closed on the day of our checkout. I heard the newly renovated buildings are nice though.
I had no way of knowing the hotel was under construction. They were hammering above my room both days at 8am. I didn't come to vegas to get zero sleep. On top of that the place was like a crack hotel. Now they are getting a new name so I guess all the reviews are just going to go away for them.
Courteous and friendly staff. Good location. Good news, this tower is scheduled to be gutted and updated...
As a matter of full disclosure, if you are getting a rooms at this property at a suspiciously low rate there is a reason.... This is because you will be located in a front facing room which overlooks the outdoor nightclub. If you are able to sleep in a room flooded with loud dance music (spanning the past 2 decades) then this is the place for you. If you are a light sleeper, or can't handle listening to a repetitive sound track from afternoon to 2:30 a.m. then think twice... Oh, and the fact that there are no room safes, really makes you wonder.... When will they be gutting this tired and dated property.. Velour chairs in the room are in a state where they are so soiled and stained that you would not want to put anything in direct contact with it. Carpets are worn, dated and in need of replacement. Halls have torn and patched wall paper.
The location was excellent
We were accommodated in a dilapidated building. It was not clear when booking that the Quad soon to be LinQ was under construction. There was no information provided when making the booking that the hotel and rooms were basically going to be closed.
The price for accommodation was amazing. The location was right in the midst of everything. O'Sheas the pub was a blast. Upbeat music and entertaining FUN staff, that look like they are having as much fun as I was. The beds were extremely comfortable and all I needed when coming back to the room for a quick bit of shut eye!
The carpets and furnishings are extremely dated and dirty. (The reno should fix this though) The WIFI was not usuable, it either did not even appear as a WIFI option or would shut off as soon as you connected and began using it. The staff were not able to solve this problem and blamed it on the renovations.
access to parking lot location of hotel on the strip
loud noisy construction at all hours of the day and night with old dirty rooms that need to be updated. Extremely disappointing will not return to his hotel
Love the updated casino floor. Can't wait till all rooms are renovated.
That I had to leave!
building very dirty
everything else= too many too list Very old hotel with old carpets , foul odor, no proper furnishing. Some facilities were under construction without warning WIFI only for 1 person(device), Complaint replied to after several hours and several requests to deck.
I stayed at the Quad (Imperial Palace) once or twice some years ago and enjoyed it especially the location. Not this time.
Under construction, unsightly, annoying and potentially dangerous. No pool: restricted use of neighbouring hotels not commensurate with. $22 resort charge, Carpets, bathroom grout filthy, WIFI in reality not available. Close it until rennovation finished.
We were told the hotel was remodeled, but the room we were given was so bad we refused to accept it. The next room a little better but still dumpy for Las Vegas and especially for the money I paid. I checked out early to get a better place to stay.
Manager went out of his way to accommodate us when we added extra days and then had to reschedule our flight as well.
Like all renovations there is noise but we managed.
Charged for an early check in plus the hotel was a construction zone. The rooms and hallsways and elevetors were nasty, carpet was dirty. Room looked like it hasn't been fixed in 50 yrs. Old furniture, carpet, no clock. Our room was also facing the loud outside food court where live band performed until 4am!
Central to everything in Las Vegas. Easy to get around without a car, busses all around. Clean good comfort. Good parking if you are driving in to Las Vegas. Casino all around you, and good places to eat out in the street in walking distance.
Work all around you. Rebuilding the whole thing, starts early morning at 6 AM over your head.
+ Location + 24 hour check in desk
- We booked a non-smoking room and when we arrived they said that there were no non-smoking rooms left. We had to stay a night in a smoking room for 1 night until we could change the next morning. My clothes then smelled of smoke and my wife (who has asthma) struggled to breath when walking through the hallway. - Only get wifi for one device per room - Beware of extra resort charges (c.$24 per night) on top of the booking.com fees - Renovations going on so the pool wasn't available. This wasn't made clear on booking.com - Doesn't look ANYTHING like the picture. Resort is actually run down and old looking.
Location is center strip..that's it..
We stay at the quad religiously, however, we will not stay there again. They have sealed of the balconies without noting it anywhere on website or when booking. Super increased prices...quality does not match high prices at all. Will not stay here again.
Location, that's it
Construction started at 6 am, Resort fees for closed pool, Nonexistent ceiling - wires and pipes exposed, no fridge in room, torn carpets, wallpaper falling off walls, smells.
staff was great. organized. Great location. Walk every where. Stay if you will only use room to get ready.
The rooms are old carpet is nasty old. Nothing to do w it being clean its just what it is.
It's dirty and dusty, still being renovated while being open. It was very disappointing.
this is a very old hotel and new linens do not make up for limited elevator access and poor dining.
