Very convenient location
It lacks cleanliness
Great value for location.
More food choices.
Great comfort and slept well room was clean valet people were excellent
There was a lot of construction going on casino was very loud with power tools
The location was good right in the middle of the strip.
The room was just so so not to impressive looked run down and had a musty odor, the ac uint was way too loud but we needed to have it running because of the heat, the bed was just ok have slept on much nicer beds in Vegas.
The restaurants are great. We always love going to the Hash House and the new Guy Fieri restaurant was a treat
The motif is very very dated. The carpeting in the hallways were a hazard...numerous lumps and easy to trip over.
Location is great.
Very noisy. Furnitures are very old.
The bed was so comfortable!!! The staff were great!!!!
We thought construction was going to be comleted. Wish we would have had an updated room.
Very dirty. Hallway carpet stains. Rooms feel dirty. Walls chipping. Wasn't expecting at all.
When the area for taxi's was flooded, two staff members took me to find another taxi stand. Would have missed my flight without there help.
Because of the construction, sometimes inconvenient. Should be a big change in the next year.
The only thing i liked is location
Bad front desk. Ulgy and old
Central location made it easy to go other locations
Construction noise as early as 5am on weekday mornings
1. 1st night there , receptionist checkin in was extremely rude and unwelcoming. 2. Go into our room about 9ish and room had a foul smell. Couldn't figure out what it was. Room 1860, next morning come to figure out it was vomit on the base of the balcony door along with a huge vomit stain. 3. Moved to room 1568 a bit cleaner except it was very noisy and the shower would not drain water properly. I used to stay at Imperial Palace all the time and the vibe was always good with the dealertainers and the casino floor. These days it's Dreadful..
Smell bad form smoke
located at the middle strip and for 20$ a night its a must ... the room was clean and the bed confortable so you can ask better for 20$ tnx quads i will stay there again if you dont up your price after your room renovation !! ;)
Easy to get in and out of the casino......and the location was just right.
Did not like the fact that they charged an extra 22$ a nite for something called "A service FEE".
Hash house restaurant. Very good food, large Portions. Location.
Only two elevators were working during our stay. Other elevators under repair. Waiting for the two working elevators was annoying., got crowded. Bath tub clogged first time we took a shower. Called maintenance, they came up and told us we were using it incorrectly.
Free Wifi Close to shops Could use Flamingo Pool
No complimentary breakfast Wifi for only one device Pool closed Bus terminal closed
Location Cleanliness Friendly staff
Run-down interiors Chaotic lay-out Poor sign posting
The hotel room due to uncomfortableness
location was great. faculty was really nice and helpful
they are middle of renovation on the tower 3. so sometimes, people have to wait 3+ elevators to get down to the lobbly.
we could use other pools
rooms needed renovation
Staying at the Quad was like staying in a college frat house. The carpeting was stained, the hallway walls were kicked in, scratched and marked up. My room was missing half of the furniture. There were drunks throwing up in the hallways, and were guys throwing things off the balconies. The main lobby was mostly under construction and the wi fi connection never worked. It was a very disappointing experience, while my colleagues stayed at lovely hotels at the same price point.
Improper Business Dealings Everything Was About Money, Not The Customer Hotel Looked Like A Disaster Only One Elevator Worked, Waited Half an Hour To Enter Balcony Door Was Sealed Shut, Couldn't Enjoy Any View
Best dollar value on the strip
could use more 24 hour places to eat for the casual diner.
outdated rooms, noisy air conditioner, lousy internet, very difficult to find parking when driving in.
