При размещении одного ребёнка старшего возраста или взрослого на дополнительной кровати взимается USD 20,00 за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.

Continental breakfast very good with many choices and even eggs and patties. The Victorian style throughout may not be for everyone but it is a very nice and cosy hotel. |

The lobby just like your livingroom. My G.F. and I stayed in the lobby for over one hr at midnight just because we loved the fire place and feel so confortable there. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely stunning building and furniture. Free coffee and tea all day long in the lounge. (Based on the reviews on booking.com) I expected an extensive quality breakfast. It was very mediocre; just self service bagels, cereals and coffee that were not restocked. I can't recommend sleeping next to the elevator, its very noisy. |

The location is ideal and is in a much more stable area than the majority of the downtown locations in San Francisco (I am a native San Franciscan). The parking was reasonable and just across the street. The staff and overall atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and comfortable. It's an old building but that's part of the charm. It will be my base when doing business in San Francisco. |

The concierge was fantastic! The hotel offered an unparalleled atmosphere in terms of its historic design. The in-room fireplace was a great touch and actually kept you warm during the night. The lobby has absolutely stunning in terms of period furniture and two fireplaces. I would recommend the hotel for a short stay due to its affordability and pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom in our room was in need of an update. Several appliances in the room also clearly had their best days behind them (e.g.: alarm clock was broken). |

The hotel was very cosy and comfortable with all modern conveniences without the businesslike environment of large hotels. It felt like being in a large cosy mansion. The bathtub in the attached bath was quite small and may be uncomfortable for well-built persons. |

The staff. The bathroom room was shabby. The white undercurtains in the bedroom should be washed. The shower curtain is tattered and old. Buy a new one with stainless steel rings. The decor of the entire hotel is too Victorian. Some Victorian is fine, but this was over the top. The ambiance has a stale, dark feel. |
