Location and historical Roof leaked during storm (luggage got wet) storm made alarms go off continued to go off throughout the night and was still going on when we checked out at noon. Dirty coffee mugs and maker. Very noisy with banging and such throughout the day and night.

I loved the entire experience. The fact that we didn't have to walk far to the street car stop. Our room was very convenient...parking was perfect. Staff was very friendly. New Orleans people are just super friendly. The only thing I didn't like may have been the location. Not really a big issue though. If I had to rate it on a scale from 1 to 10 - I would give it a 9 1/2

The atmoshere in the Queen Anne was lovely. Very quiet and easy to get the trolley to downtown. Loved the furnishings and the area. Having to drag our luggage from the book in hotel to the Queen Anne with no assistance from staff after 18 hours of travelling. Breakfast was basic after staying at other hotels during our vacation. Not a lot of effort put in to accommodate international visitors.

Very impressed when I received a call when I returned home in san diego telling me I had left some items in my room. They offered to send them to me. Never experienced that before. Heres to housekeeping! My friend had made her reservation for six nights and when she checked in she informed the desk she would only be staying five. She was told she would still have to pay for six nights. I believe five days notice is more than adaquate and she should be refunded for the sixth night

Good location, nice ans spacious room, very quiet A poor breakfast was served outside (!) the main hotel, a block away from The Queen Anne. It would be much more honest to not serve a breakfast at all than such a dire one.

Lovely room, very nice facilities and ambiance We had a few problems regarding access due to renovations to the hotel and also due to road works in the area but generally it was a lovely property and very atmospheric/historic.

its structure, even though they were making repairs caused by the last hurricane staying right next to the entry door(room153). people were slamming the door and screaming all hours of the day and night. please give people a little notice to try to respect other people staying, especially around midnight. i should have received a notice per e-mail about the repairs being made and were to go to check in.

Very annoying that the reception is in one building, the rooms are in another building and breakfast is in third building. And if you want to ask something you have to go down 3 floors, cross the street and enter the next building.

Real nice old victorian building. Nice, clean rooms, great garden, which is great for a relaxing evening. the garden district is near the city but not so busy and loud as the french quarter. it has been my second visit in this hotel. last time the stuff has been extremly frienly, this time there has been one staff member who seems troubled by guests. (the other one has been as kind as last time.) the breakfast is very poor.

5 Min. in´s Zentrum.

Good location and gigantic room, with real old-world New Orleans style. Comfortable bed and effective, unobtrusive aircon Building work was going on at front of hotel, which no-one had informed us of in advance, and which rather spoilt the look of things. However, this was not disruptive in terms of noise etc. Reception was rather brusque.
