The room was excellent . The breakfast was only served from 7-9 and served outside in the heat in a cramped patio .

The breakfast was horrible. Served at limiting times and in the heat.

Gorgeous room, easy parking. 3 buildings from one front desk. Perfect ADULT getaway hotel.

The building was great, impressive both outside and inside. Our room had a really high ceiling with enormous doors! My wife spent quite a bit of time sitting out front on the porch. It was not really like a 'normal' hotel, more like staying in a house, as there were no staff about, but the reception was only a few yards down the street at the Prytania Parks Hotel, where they were really helpful. Off street parking was good and we never used the car as the streetcar line was just a block away. Restaurants and bars are close by on St.Charles Ave.

Breakfast was very basic but OK and we had only to cross the street to it, but it's only served until 9am, so no lie-ins on a morning. Only a little moan!

Good location-easy enough to walk into French Quarter when it's not too hot or easy to catch the tramcar. Easy to find when driving in to town.

A great room w/ tall ceilings. A delightful bed that was wonderful to sleep in late. It was very quiet. Very nice accomodations.

The included breakfast is served @ a nearby location, not on site. A sign directed us to proceed about a block & 1/2 away, however the breakfast was also served across the street (the sign hadn't been updated) - however the staff followed us & apoligized about the sign mixup!

Overall The Queen Anne was great. Breakfast in the morning was good and the location in the Garden District was perfect. The place was clean and comfortable.

Directions to check in were not good which lead us to haul our bags around to another location to check in.

That stuff was very friendly, the location was very close to the St. Charles trolley as well as to Magazine Street in the Garden District, and the facility itself was lovely and really felt like you were in New Orleans!

The first day we stayed there, the housekeeping came around 9 o'clock in the morning, which was early -especially for being on vacation. The remainder of the days, I believe they came later as we were not in the room when they came.

Comfortable room. Excellent info of trolley cars and there schedules and routes. Could catch Trolley just around the corner.

It is located in a residential area. The residents there do not respect the guests of the queen Anne. They have loud noisy cars that they revved up all night long, played loud music, and were yelling. And this was on a sunday night. I didnt feel safe walking to and from trolley at night, even with my husband. I would not walk to the trolley alone.

Very nice looking rooms Staff was very friendly and helped us in all our requests

The breakfast was served only between 7-9am. I am on vacation. Why should I wake up before 9? The check-in place is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, which is annoying if it rains or late at night

Quality of room restoration and comfortable accommodation.

Breakfast not served on the premises, in order to get breakfast (included in the price) patrons were required to walk to the sister hotel. Breakfast available for only 2 hours and served outside--during winter months not very appealing.

I loved the bedroom, I felt as a princess...

For the person who arrive at night (especially if female and alone) the hour of arrival should be communicated and someone from the hotel should be waiting in front of the house. It was not easy to find the hotel location at night as nobody was in the street to ask and the map was not easy to read. Breakfast time should be extended at least up to 11 am as people on holiday do not wake up before 9 am...I personally had breakfast only once at the hotel!!!!

located right next to the trolley line for easy access to the city shopping and eating.

The morning breakfast was very limited and served in a outside "courtyard" which gave you the feeling of eating in an alley as the maids pushed carts around you.
