the quietness of the decks on a sunday morning. The morning cafe and the pancakes. the engine room and the captains quarters room was noisy. You could hear everything outside in the hall and that made it hard to sleep. Rooms are nice but the walls are so thin you could literally hear the people breathing, heavily, next door.

Very unique venue All staff were well versed on history of the ship. Great transportation options to city attractions and shopping. Starbucks is available on the ship! Easy trip from the Long Beach Airport Location may be viewed as a challenge as there is nothing close by. There are shuttle options Walls are thin but the staff knows this and offers ear plugs.

The experience of staying on the Queen Mary was great. We dined at Sir Winstons and it was the best experience. The Queen Mary is truly a gem! I thought for the price that I paid that I would have gotten a larger state room.

Our stay was awesome, we were there for 3 nights. Got to see family in Long Beach and had a great time. The rooms were spacious and very nice. So authentic. Toured the boat and had drinks at the Bar and breakfast in the promenade and then supper at the Restaurant with some of our family. It was well worth the money we paid. We were on the M deck and we heard carts rolling around 6 a.m. above us. Must have been the breakfast bar. It woke us up every morning at 6 or before.

Almost everything. Staying on the Queen Mary was awesome. Loved the decor, food was good. The tour was pretty lame. And I didn't like the pressure to get your picture taken and decide later if you wanted to buy it. Seemed inappropriate for such a classy place.

Love the vintage feel! I would've loved to travel aboard the Queen Mary in her prime. Plenty of places to eat and socialize. And the tours are very interesting. Little pricy to get an ocean view, but it was a great view.

The history. The Queen Mary! Sad that it seems to have been forgotten. The crowds aren't there like they used to be. All the shops are closed down.

We stayed in Queen Mary suite as our honeymoon extravaganza. Delightful cabin and a well deserved sleep. Michelle on reception most helpful. Wifi In room stopped working and we had to arrange for help direct with it providers for Queen Mary. We had just got married that day and wanted to share our surprise news with family and friends in uk. They are eight hours in front so we awoke especially only to find Internet not working. After dealing with external provider we ended up in reception, cold and with an audience, trying to share our happy news with family members. Not the best of experiences.

The room was really cold and the heater didn't work so I called the front desk and they said we'll have maintenence turn the heat on and never did. I think that is the standard answer when anyone calls them!

Location was excellent. Rooms were clean and quaint. The buffet was very good, hot and nice choices. The tour included was interesting. You could provide internet without a charge. Both our guest and we were charged for parking, they took care of that at the desk at check out. Our reservation was messed up and they felt they had to upgrade both parties and our guess were charged $20 extra for the upgrade. Ridiculous! They wouldn't change it nor did we challenge it. Took a long time checking in.

Mario-front desk VERY nice, helpful & accomodating. I understand that is old-but when trying to sell the feel of "Luxury"-it sure didn't feel luxe. Definitely seems like maintenance is focused on the outside for day guests-but the hotel rooms felt shabby.
