- Perfect from all aspects
Great rooms, terrific location. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Adjoining restaurant has delicious food, and prepares the room service. This staff went out of their way to be friendly to our children, which we really appreciated.
I have stayed in similar properties for less.
Great front of house team. Nothing a problem
Locality. Size of room. Quiet
Restaurant. Too noisy and too large for solo traveller
Location was great, staff was great, restaurant food was excellent, if a bit expensive. The mattress on the bed is down topper about 3" thick. I couldn't sleep because it was so hard. My husband asked that put another on top and when we returned that afternoon it was no the bed. Sleep was much better. Staff is very accommodating. The $500. a night price was steep given that our view was of ductwork and pigeon poop!!! Bathroom was awesome, towels the thickest I've seen in a hotel and the touch pad control for everything were fun.
Room was very dark. Bed needs improvement.
Location, service, restaurant
Rooms are quite small .. Can hear the noise of the back constructions ! The rooms need more lighting ..
Location, interior, cleanliness.
Attache was very arrogant, they were not able to help me with booking a car and he was talking like he is beyond me. Everybody else at the reception was really kind and friendly.
Everything was as expected.... Spot on!
Very noisy air conditioning
Location is good. Rooms are good. Bathroom small but excellent
Hotel charged me two items I never used in mini bar. Later after I called they took them off.
Great location. All day restaurant serves good food with attention to detail. Staff courteous and helpful.
Nothing worthy of comment
Location fab, staff very helpful, very clean
Bar/rest very expensive, tended not to use it. Very noisy air cond
Everything except for the size of the room and the bathroom.
The size of the room and the bathroom. The bathroom could use more counter space as well.
Our room was beautiful and spacious for NYC. Great desk to work at and it had a modern feel. Very clean. There is not real outside view because the surrounding buildings look directly into your room but there are electronic blinds and you can keep the sheer blind down. Didn't matter to us because we were out all day but if you expect a view, this might be a disappointment. The position is great if you want to be on that side of town and walkable distance to Times Square, Rockefeller and other tourist sites. Wi Fi was fast and stable. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and good quality linens. Great shower.
The air-conditioning was extremely noisy and while management are aware of the problem, they apparently can do nothing about it. We are not difficult guests but this was truly unacceptable. There are lots of fun electronic gadgets in the room, but combine the guide lights of all the equipment plus the aircon , its hard to get a decent night's sleep. Add the banging from the construction site next door from 9 am and we saw several guests cancel their booking and move out. That said though , the hotel is new and hopefully this glitches will soon be sorted out. We still have a great time.
The hotel is looks clean and new The employees are helpful and nice Location is suitable for us
The AC looks old system The wifi doesn't work at the inner room in the suit
Clean,Modern, Top Quality finishes. Friendly & helpful staff. Very fast internet. Comfortable bed and quiet.
Great location, great service. lovely without being too fussy. Great restaurant.
The room was large and comfortable - it had all the requisite facilities, plus the largest flat screen tv I have ever seen in a hotel bedroom. The restaurant was very good, with friendly serving staff.
Unfortunately, there are only two elevators, which means that the wait can be quite long - if staying in a room that backs on to an elevator lobby, it can be quite noisy
Friendly Staff Excellent location Prodessional Managament
Attache team location door and concierge service housekeeping service
front desk service The wayfarer service loud air-condition poor sound proofing
Samantha at the front desk was A++++. The beds and pillows are super comfy. The food from room service was very good.
Took almost 20 minutes to get luggage that was being held--we were the only people requesting luggage and the lobby was not at all busy. Had to complain to two people. They need a better system. Also, the tablet next to the bed did not operate the music or curtains or anything.
Everything was flawless from c/in to c/out. Concierge gave nice tips around town. Hotel location is near perfect. The staff are all helpful and smiling. Only thing I can say negative was the room size being a bit tight, but staying at midtown manhattan this close to Central Park, that's a bit much to ask I guess :)
Staff is top notch. Excellent comfort in the rooms.
Rooms a bit small, but this is NY, right?
The AC is extremely loud
