The location was nice, close to white house and the staff were friendly.
The room had bedbugs and I had to go to a doctors and get treated. The hotel did nothing about it! Also extremely noisy at night.
The staff was so friendly and my room was beautiful. The check in was legit 30 sec and they were running to door to make sure I didn't have to open it myself. I had to leave early due to inclement weather and they really ensured that I got my money back for the night I could not stay.
The only thing was when the shower was on the water still came out of faucet but I am sure they could fix it, I'm not hard to please. the water was still hot. Also parking was 35 a night but it's like that everywhere.
Fantastic location, easy walk to all the main attractions and conveniently close to the metro. Large room with comfortable bed and sitting area.
Noise and sirens from the road.
Honestly, one of our best hotel stays ever. We travel in the US and internationally several times a year...we probably stay in hotels around 20-ish nights per year. The Quincy topped our list! Clean, beautiful, huge rooms, friendly staff, convenient parking ($35/night and they let us leave car there the next day until 6pm!), great location very near farragut north metro and dupont circle, perfect wifi and cable, keurig coffee machine, free coffee/tea in lobby...
Nothing. Really could not think of a thing to change.
Our room was very spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy.
good location, polite staff, speedy wi fi
no wardrobe, weather was very cold and room temperature was also low, tv remote control was not working...
Loved the modern look and size of room super comfy bed and couch. Nice to have a drop bar in the basement. Love the staff
Walls are super thin can hear next room all to well. Lobby is so small and no discreet access to your room (not for single people wanting discretion)
10 Minutes from the White House and close to the mall with all memorials. Nice corner bakery in front with a very good Breakfast!
Monday 5am empting of trash container behind the hotel...took 1 hour!
Room/suite is spacious, well outfitted, quiet, comfortable.
The obvious connection to their public WiFi was unsecured. Needed assistance with a more tortuous method of securing their WiFi.
Parking 82 Us$ for 1 1/2 days is a totally ripoff
I loved the location, it was really close to the metro. The room was huge and I really wasn't expecting that. I liked the free wifi, mini fridge, and all of the amenities.
The staff was friendly but their service wasn't great. We had to request house keeping, our room didn't have heat until we notified the front desk. I didn't like the view which faced an office building, the bathroom could have been updated more and I didn't like the adjoining door connecting to another hotel room. Overall, it felt like a really nice apartment but not a luxurious hotel.
The staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with information, especially the location of restaurants participating in restaurant week, maps & the circulator bus. Quiet comfy room.
Would have liked a few plates & cutlery.
Room size and facilities
I liked everything about this hotel.Kelsey, Tyler, Many, Doug & Brian were extremely helpful, attentive to needs and courteous. Room was perfect. This is where I'm staying on any future trips.
Attractive and convenient hotel.
The room we received through booking.com was not as nice as when we booked through the hotel. Bathroom fixtures were in disrepair, we were right by elevator, and street noise was awful.
Good size room, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Within easy walking distance of Red Metro Line (Union Station) and Blue/Orange/Silver (Dulles, National) Lines stations.
Had no restaurant, and nearby breakfast options were underwhelming.
The excellent staff, the emails sent prior to arrival
Well, this is downtown so a little noisy but OK overall.
friendly staff, lots of good restaurants around this hotel, quite good location for business travel. I am quite satisfied with the room space: sufficient to two travel partners.
too large nosie made by the fridge. I have to turn off it. The room will not be cleaned everyday, I have to ask for cleaning.
It is a beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Very comfortable.
The service from staff is amazing. There are also lots of great restaurants and shopping in the area.
The Irish restaurant next store is not very good. The fish and chips were underdone and soggy.
I liked my spacious room and the large desk.
Excellent hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful - Manny in particular. Great to have the pub connected to the hotel. Excellent location. I'd definitely return.
Big room Super friendly staff Huge comfortable bed Close to Metro
Rooms at front noisy as they are straight on L Street
Location was good, bed was excellent, staff were obliging
Outside noise was excessive
All the staff were very helpful. Especially Manny the doorman, helping us with local places to go for dinners and always with a smile and joke. Our first visit to DC and the Quincy was a great place to stay for us.
