Older hotel had a leak in the bathroom and the refrigerator in the kitchen was noisy
Staff were superb. Location great. Room was pretty comfortable. Very good value for the price.
locatiob, close to metro lines
Had a hard time getting to the location by car but should blame on DC roads and traffic rather than hotel.
Excellent location, very good staff, reasonable parking fee, water in lobby
The toilet tank in my bathroom was messed up. I tried fixing it myself and got sprayed. BUT when I went to the front desk and mentioned it, they immediately fixed it.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It got a little busy but they never once acted frustrated or annoyed.
Manny gave us great recommendations for fabulous eateries in the area and took great care of us our entire stay. Felt like we were guests in his home.
Very helpful and friendly staff;no matter what time day or night
It is in a great location close to major attractions with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Parking garage is right next door with valet service.
Staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job
There's no breakfast in the hotel . They must have a restaurant to take breakfast in the morning
It's near to the White house and all the museums
The staff was wonderful -- friendly and helpful. The location was great for us. The large room and the comfortable bed helped us relax and gather our strength for exploring Washington DC.
our room was facing L street and there were a lot of sirens and honking making it hard to get a good night's sleep
the staff was excellent--helpful, friendly, attentive
Seriously on the street side is like being on an industrial site! At night is is electric with noise and dump collections. No rest after a long day. Paying top $$$ it was so disappointing to lay awake and listen to ongoing traffic and noise. Listen to reviewers and request a room away from the street and you will be satisfied
Staff and location a plus
The staff claimed that the "engineer" dictated when the AC could be turned on and we roasted for two nights, and the one night that we opened the windows we also could not sleep because of the constant sirens. The hotel was nice and staff nice, but it was a bait and switch on the AC and they did not even offer to reduce the expensive rates or charges. We would have moved to another hotel but we were constantly promised that the AC would be on, only to find at 11 at night that our room was an oven. It significantly impacted the quality of our visit to DC so much so that I wanted to return home.
Aircon in the room was useless, sound from street but understandable.
Alll the counter and door staff where very helpful. Also the maid service
The noise from outside early in the morning
Very present staff, especially Tyler. Brian helped us sort out a problem. The Quincy is very clean and close to the Metro. The rooms are very spaceous
Amazing bed, biiig room with every you need. Good location with a 24hr 7/11 nearby, lots of bars and only a 10 minute walk to the White House.
The blinds for the window allowed too much light in. Cloth curtains would be a huge improvement.
Manny! great personality, extremely knowledgeable of restaurant , metro locations, stores etc. Also the orange induced water in the lobby. The kitchen worked out great for us and our budget. The location turned out to be best, for us because there was so many things to do just in Dupont Circle. Yes, I would stay again!!
Side tables on each side of bed hard to put CPAP machine on.
The central heater was not working and the water cistern was overflowing after the flushingg
Location and Proximity to the venue of my Conference
Huge hotel room, easy walking distance from all the sights!
I liked the way the hotel was set up as far as appearances and floorplan.
I recommend getting a room that faces the back - rather than the street. The sirens and some revelers outside were disruptive on Friday night - Saturday night was fine.
The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for seeing the Washington mall sites and plenty of excellent restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again on our next Washington DC visit.
Neil was the best!!! This is my third or forth time there and I am never disappointed. The rooms are spacious and the beds are amazing! Me and my fiancé will definitely be returning.
Location is good, 15mins walk to white house and the National Park. Staff is great, we arrived with out luggage left in Boston by Amtrak, the staff in the conciege gave us extra personal care gadgets when she noticed. And help recieved our luggage the next day.
Convenience to two different Metro lines. Lots of places to get afternoon coffee
