Anonymous Mature couple United States of America December 28, 2011	Lucia was very friendly (desk clerk/check-in). She was very efficient and welcoming. Liked the sound-proof windows in our room. Though we were facing the freeway, we couldn't hear it at all. The heating system was good in our room. Really enjoyed the extra space of having only one queen bed in the room.
