From two years ago I saw much improvement. The location appearance was nicer. The parking lot was refinished, the reception area had new flooring, paint. The room had new bedding, cleaner rooms.

The bed mattress we not comfortable at all. There were still cigarette smell at night which I thought wasn't allowed in the rooms. It only happen for a few days.

The vanity was outside the other bathroom fixtures. Made it easier to get ready. Room was fine for one night.

Tiny bathroom, had to kind of walk around toilet so you could close the bathroom door. The mattress was much too soft.

    Absolutely nothing!

Everything. This place is a joke. Filthy, dingy, smelly, carpet with large unidentifiable stains, sheets smell like clorox and I got double charged. Do yourself a favor and pick some other place.

I've stayed at a Red Roof Inn before. It was located in Woburn. It was immaculate and comfortable. This Red Roof Inn was the total opposite. The non-smoking room definitely smelled like smoke. The room did not look clean at all. I was even afraid to use the towels. There were a lot of loud people hanging outside all around the Inn. I did not feel safe there at all.

    Friendly staff

The rooms smell - probably from smoking being allowed earlier

Great hotel for overnight stay on way to Boston from JFK New York (about 1.5hr drive). Room was quiet despite being close to freeway. Also not far from New Haven and the outlet malls at Clinton Crossing.

Nothing - suited our purposes perfectly.

The room was clean and tidy, but small. I liked the lift that went up to the third floor so that I didn't have to carry my suitcase. I appreciated the crib provided for my baby.

The staff member in the office wasn't particularly friendly or helpful. No welcome, no smiles.I felt that once they had my money they couldn't care less.
