Too dark inside makes me feel cleaness.
Guest services re bath (tp, towels, soaps) had to be requested twice. Front desk staff very responsive and apologetic, however.
If you could get rid of the derelicts on Hollywood Blvd it would be perfect!
Room so comfortable, sexy and inviting. Really felt like vacation with all the room amenities. Kitchen!
Thin toilet paper. Lack of instructions for media (tv/dvd).
Proximity to the event we were attending while off the congestion of Hollywood Blvd. Excellent kitchen facilities and fluffy towels a bonus.
We could hear music from bar next door in the night but was not a big deal
Our room was just great, it was like a loft with really cool design. Location is very good. Staff was very friendly !
Best placed we've ever stayed!
The smell of the first floor is strong. Smells like cheap floor cleaner. And second level, is overly perfumed.
The theme of old Hollywood is on point. Loved it!
Wifi should be free at these prices!
Location is around the corner from the Pantages theater where we had tickets to Wicked. Couldn't have been more convenient. Staff goes out of their way to fulfill requests. Room was beautiful and very spacious. Did not use WiFi or eat at hotel.
making hotel guests pay $10 for wifi and $40 overnight parking is way out of line. also the parties in the courtyard thursdays to saturdays starting 8pm are very noisy. we could sleep with earplugs only.
location in east hollywood, overall feel of the hotel, size and amenities of the suites, EXCELLENT house keeping.
rude staff, expensive overnight parking, dusty room
The location, the staff very prompt and accommodating , you just can't go wrong with this Hotel, this was my 3rd stay with the rebury ,
there was a disco right outside my room every night until after 2am so got very little sleep
apartment was lovely and immaculate
I still feel a bit guilty for spending so much on a hotel room, but a little splurge is called for now and then, right?
Everything was wonderful. It's the bohemian apartment you've always dreamed of having. Staff, amenities, room features - everything's top notch.
We were warned of music noise on Saturday night and you could hear the bass but not enough to effect sleeping. Food choices limited. Limited breakfast choices and we walked into Hollywood for dinner each night.
The room was fabulous. Bed was so comfortable. So much room. Incredible bathroom, the shower was huge with an enormous shower rose. Hotel is in easy walking distance of Downtown Hollywood . The location was quiet with virtually no traffic noise.
It was expensive and the view from our room wasn't the best.
Loved the decor of the hotel! Our room was huge and very comfortable and clean. Felt like a high end bohemian apartment.
If you looking for nice hotel for honeymoon or special occasion. I'd like to advise this hotel. it's very nice one that you can choose.
I was told by the hotel staff that the estimated cost to take a cab from hotel to LAX airport is around 40-60 USD, but actually it tooks me around 75 USD after I took the cab called by the hotel. Also there is no postcard sending service offered by the hotel which I would recommend to be improved.
Decoration is quite fashion. Room is big and with good location.
This is not a tourist hotel. The staff were not very helpful with touristy enquiries. We had to find our own way around. There is no pool, which would have been great on some scorching hot days.
The hotel is very comfortable , secure and private. Located in the better part of Hollywood. Great atmosphere. Very close to the red line subway which was clean and easy to use. The subway can take you Downtown or directly to Universal studios for just $ 1.75 We overlooked the courtyard and had no problems with noise.it was great to have a kitchen to make our own meals when we wanted.
Our last day...Labor Day...the one guy at the front desk was not helpful and kind of rude. We figured that was not a usual gig.
I loved everything. Room. Decor. Parking. Cleo's. The staff! We could not have been more comfortable and pampered. The Redbury made us feel like STARS!
Just the TV remote may have been me but found it hard to change channels
Loved it all, the staff, drinks food, and my room was great...a little noisy from the courtyard, but didn't worry me too much.
No complimentary tea in the room. Only option was a US$8 sample pack. Also US$10 per day for WiFi, when much cheaper hotels have WiFi included. Both these seem to be not in keeping with an otherwise great place to stay.
The comfort of the rooms and overall decoration, (even a turntable with LP's to play) was excellent. Breakfast although not included was great value for money.
- noise outside from street during the night - poor customer service - attention to the detail in the room from housekeeping. Example; there was no refill of shampoo, body wash, towels, laundry detergent from one day to the next. I phone and requested these items to be replaced but no one ever came to supply this re stock.
Loud music/loud people on the bar terrase as Bar and lounge open till 2am on Friday and Saturday
Flats are comfortable Location is ideal Friendly/helpful staff
Library was closed for a wedding
Big room for a great price. Good style.
On the weekend very loud because of the bar. Hotel a bit too expensive for what you get.
Very nice and large rooms.
