Quail’s Nest Inn & Suites sits on 3 acres of park-like grounds in the middle of Osage Beach.

An outdoor pool highlights this Victorian style inn in Osage Beach. Shopping is steps away at the Osage Beach Premium Outlets, a 1-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi access is available.

The staff is tops! The rooms could use some updating which I think they are in the process of doing - but we had everything we needed & were very comfortable. Can't say enough about the staff!
can't think of a thing.
Needs to be totally updated or closed. No lights in a hallway at night is not what I would call great accommodations.
Close to attractions
Resort is old and not kept up very well. Pictures on web site are tricky, they are much better looking than actual. Staff is less than friendly.
I loved the pools. The restuarant was great and the staff very helpful.
The room was very humid despite the A.C. running and the coffee was weak. It woyld have been nice if the indoor pool was heated.
Nice facility, room was very nice, staff was very accomadating.
Resturaunt and bar were closed.
The pool & lounge
The room & view from the room...look into the trees
Musty damp rooms
sewer backed up in rooms no staff on site refused to let us talk to manager refused to give corporate number refused to give money back employees RUDE!
Everything was fine
We liked everything
The desk staff was able to suggest a lot of good restaurant options and was helpful giving directions, this was nice since we haven't been since all the road changes. All the staff I encountered was pleasant except for what we think was the restaurant \lounge supervisor.
There was nothing in the rooms that gave any sort of info for the property such as breakfast lunch and dinner times or when the bar was open till or even when the pool times were. When I called the desk about this they didn't seem too knowledgeable either. I paid over $400 for a weekend stay and I understand it was a holiday weekend but the rooms were extremely small and very old the TV kept cutting out we couldn't even watch it before bed it was so bad. When I arrived on Thursday evening my companion wasnt there yet so I went to the bar to eat..the bartender had the whole restaurant lounge and outside patio to take care of her self...she did a good job given the situation but she definitely could have used some help. To my understanding the reason for this was they had just cut the other person that was working who happened to be the male supervisor. Odd I thought the supervisor stayed no matter what, that's how it is at the hotel I work at. We also thought it weird that the "bar window" for the outside pool was closed. And apparently because the new gm doesn't want to bother with it it was also closed last year. This was sort of inconvinent, I would have spent money there just for the convenience because we certainly didn't want to have to put clothes on everytime we wanted a drink and go into the inside bar. It was just easier to bring a cooler down and set it outside the gate.
We visited during the week, therefore very few guests so we had a room by the pool . Maintenance gentleman provided exceptional service as did the housekeeper whom assisted us with a water spill in our room. Both of these folks exhibited excellent customer service.
Twice, no towels in pool area, I had to call front desk to get some. I had to call twice about a broken lamp in our room. The second time I had to go through a dissertation with the front desk explaining why I believed it was broken. Once maintenance staff came, he said right away we needed a new lamp! Amenities were not mentioned when we checked in and nothing in the room listed such. It appeared no meals on site during the week, just brunch on Sunday. Only beverages were soda machines. Basically, bring your own cooler. Housekeeping comes early, they did not circle back to us until the next day. Not sure what the definition of a "resort" is but this location appears to be nothing but lodging with a pool. Maybe it is different on weekends. When we checked in, the contract was presented with a higher rate than what we were booked for. Thankfully, I had my confirmation email on my phone already pulled up to quote from when suddenly a new form was presented to me to sign with the correct rate. Something suspicious about this! We were here two years ago and things seem different this time around. I really felt like my sons and I were on our own. You never saw resort staff even walking about the premises or even poolside.
Great location, close to the strip and outlet shopping.
The bar and restaurant were not open Saturday, no food or drinks while hanging by the pool.
Good location an nice over view of the lake.
Room had a bad smell they said it was from shampooing the carpet. Got my key cards when i check in an went to eat came back an found out some one else had key cards to my room an had been in their.
Coffee and microwave in the hotel.
Do not stay here. :( This is no 4 star "resort" nor are the pictures an accurate representation of the "resort". The property was very run down and in need of a total update and rehab. We encountered musty and mildew smelling rooms, dangerously rusted stairs, and little to no staff. The place was not clean had a very seedy atmosphere and a wide variety of unsavory guests.
Staff was nice. Dated but clean.
Could use a decor update. No restaurant available during off peak months; which means no breakfast. Not much around for breakfast choices in the area either.
The staff was very friend. I actually had to call because my gps told me I was there when I obviously was not. The older gentleman that was there was very helpful. Plus when I checked out the lady at the counter was very nice as well. Great staff!
The TV was messed up and ended up using my ipad to watch a movie. Also I asked for a water view.. I wasn't given one.
Beds were very comfortable.
Outdated furniture and carpet. Overall upkeep below average. Rooms have 19 inch tube TV'S and are overpriced.
Rooms in need of updating. Tollet did not flush when we arrived. For the money we should have stayed at a Holiday Express. I was just disapointed.
Location, Value, Views, and facilities
Dated decor and fixtures; Bathroom extremely dated and needed revamp
Looked like all rooms booked were close to ours, so we feared it would be noisy -it was NOT. Beds were good, Staff was very helpful.
Inside pool was reason we chose this facility, it was OK but hot tub not in great shape and not very hot. The place seems run down a bit. Restaurant was not open so we had no access to breakfast which was a surprise.
Counter person was very friendly. The staff at restaurant was awesome and she made us feel nice.
Initial room mix-up and room was smaller than I expected.
