Close proximity to some of the best biking in the nation. I love the fact that it was not in the heart of town, so we were able to enjoy wonderful quiet evenings. I would have loved to have gone golfing, but the mountain biking was too good to pass up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their pool and hot tub was fantastic! We had views of the red rocks from the room and the pool.
There was not a place to lock up your bikes other than your balcony. We could have brought our dog, as there were many places that seemed to allow to take them on trails, but the facility didn't even allow to kennel them.
The rooms were wonderful! Golf was great! Staff did a great job when we wanted to lengthen the stay in one of our rooms!
Carrying luggage up two flights of stairs!
great location and quiet area.
check out was a bit disorganized.
Clean. Comfortable. Good Value.
Parking, could not always find space near room. Intrusive concierge staff.
Everything!! Beautiful scenery & great place to stay!!!
When we finally got our room, it was clean and comfortable.
We booked a room overlooking the golf course, but were told at check in that there was a maintenance issue and they were all booked up, so we would have to stay at another of their resorts over 12 miles away. As it was already late and getting dark we had difficulty finding it (we are over 70 yrs of age). We will never stay with Diamond Resorts again!!!
We had a ground floor suite so did not have a very good patio or view. But good for the money value
Comfort, convenience, peaceful surroundings, easy trips to regional and area attractions.
We did not know that this was a timeshare property when we booked. We have no interest in this kind of investment and chose not to participate in property sales presentation and tour. Visitors should have an opportunity to opt out of this when the book their stay -- BEFORE arrival. We had many other plans and did not want to be bothered by this.
We had a studio that was roomy and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the kitchen was fully equipped. The price for the studio was very fair.
Our unit's patio faced a parking lot and there were electrical boxes in front of it. The Ridge is a little farther from the action than I would like to have been.
Roaches in kitchen
Golf club dinner Comfortable room
Reception staff rude and arrogant. Signs to different areas in the complex non existent . Very very poor lighting on the property at night to the extent that it is dangerous to walk anywhere after dark
Lovely setting, staff superb. Being from England still pushed to do a time share talk??
Pushed for time share viewing.
Location; staff; proximity to golf course.
Would benefit from a coffee shop / bar area, even if not a full restaurant. Our studio unit was dark, especially as it sat at the bottom of a slope. Long circuitous route to the pool.
The resort has all the facilities that one would need to have great time. The room was quiet, clean and in a wonderful location to explore Sedona and surrounds. We would definitely stay here again if in the area as it represents value for money.
There was a minor mix up with the paperwork which was rectified immediately it came to management's attention.
Location was great. Had everything but a washer and dryer
Uncomfortable beds. Community laundry room had only 2 washing machines and only 1 working dryer . Walls were too thin u could hear people talk, tv, walk, etc
I loved the location and the views. Quiet time from 9p to 9a is so nice.
Hard bed. Pull out couch was actually better. Booked a studio with a king bed but studio only has queens. This could be a booking site issue but for m 6'5" husband it made it a tight fit.
The property is in a scenic setting.
We got 2 hours of sleep before the sun poured into the room from the kitchen window. There were no curtains over the kitchen window to prevent the light from entering the sleeping area, as it was a studio. I tried to put the laundry basket over the window, towels, a pillow, etc., after being woken up by the light but nothing worked. We ended up moving to the bathroom floor with the bedding and getting a very miserable night's sleep in there. Neither of us really slept and our trip was ruined from the lack of sleep. I had a migraine the whole next day and couldn't even drive back to Phoenix because I was so tired. The property has refused to give any sort of compensation other than refunding the $10.00 resort fee, gee thanks. I would have rather stayed pretty much anywhere else than to have had to sleep in a hotel bathroom after being woken up by the bright sunlight. Every other hotel I have ever stayed at has had blackout curtains. They did offer 30% off of a return visit, but after seeing how they handle their customers they won't be getting any return visits from me. Even if they gave a 70% discount on a future visit I wouldn't return.
The room was very nice
Too far from downtown
Great amenities. This place is a gem. Away from the hussle and bussle.
GPS took us to a different location.
The location was south of Sedona but only about a 10 minute ride into Sedona proper. Please note the resort is not affiliated with the Golf Course but they can get you a good rate. We liked the pool and outside BBQ. Our Room had a small washer\dryer and full kitchen which allowed us to save money on breakfast and lunch.
We stayed 9 days so it would have been nice if they had the option to have your room cleaned\serviced more than one time during the week.
We were staying for a wedding next door at Sedona Golf resort. The location was great. The complex has everything great accommodation with pool/hot tub.
It was close to the golf course.
Check in was awful, very unprofessional and not welcoming. We were located on the complete opposite end of the property from the group we were traveling with (about a 1/4 mile away). Far from activities in the Sedona area.
The location was excellent. We loved the view from our room. My kids enjoyed the pool and we had a good time.
I had requested an extra bed in our room and it was not provided.
