Location was great. Had everything but a washer and dryer
Uncomfortable beds. Community laundry room had only 2 washing machines and only 1 working dryer . Walls were too thin u could hear people talk, tv, walk, etc
The property is in a scenic setting.
We got 2 hours of sleep before the sun poured into the room from the kitchen window. There were no curtains over the kitchen window to prevent the light from entering the sleeping area, as it was a studio. I tried to put the laundry basket over the window, towels, a pillow, etc., after being woken up by the light but nothing worked. We ended up moving to the bathroom floor with the bedding and getting a very miserable night's sleep in there. Neither of us really slept and our trip was ruined from the lack of sleep. I had a migraine the whole next day and couldn't even drive back to Phoenix because I was so tired. The property has refused to give any sort of compensation other than refunding the $10.00 resort fee, gee thanks. I would have rather stayed pretty much anywhere else than to have had to sleep in a hotel bathroom after being woken up by the bright sunlight. Every other hotel I have ever stayed at has had blackout curtains. They did offer 30% off of a return visit, but after seeing how they handle their customers they won't be getting any return visits from me. Even if they gave a 70% discount on a future visit I wouldn't return.
The room was very nice
Too far from downtown
Great amenities. This place is a gem. Away from the hussle and bussle.
GPS took us to a different location.
The location was south of Sedona but only about a 10 minute ride into Sedona proper. Please note the resort is not affiliated with the Golf Course but they can get you a good rate. We liked the pool and outside BBQ. Our Room had a small washer\dryer and full kitchen which allowed us to save money on breakfast and lunch.
We stayed 9 days so it would have been nice if they had the option to have your room cleaned\serviced more than one time during the week.
We were staying for a wedding next door at Sedona Golf resort. The location was great. The complex has everything great accommodation with pool/hot tub.
It was close to the golf course.
Check in was awful, very unprofessional and not welcoming. We were located on the complete opposite end of the property from the group we were traveling with (about a 1/4 mile away). Far from activities in the Sedona area.
The location was excellent. We loved the view from our room. My kids enjoyed the pool and we had a good time.
I had requested an extra bed in our room and it was not provided.
The Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort felt like home away from home. It is a great place to stay while on Sedona. Will definitely come back again.
Beautiful setting !
Didn't like d bldg we were assigned to in terms of view! Would have preferred in bldg where we could have better view.
The fully equipped apartment, the location, the surroundings, the close by parking, the facilities, everything is just great about this high class place! The value for money - perfect match.
The personnel at the reception is not friendly enough although doing their job professionally. The checkout time (11am).
Air Conditioner struggled to maintain comfortable temp during day.
Spacious and comfortable one bedroom condo on a golf course with great views.
I absolutely DESPISE being handed off to a time share salesperson after paying for the room. They allude to the person helping you with activities which is strict BS. The pitch is hard and obnoxious. Great place but I would have gone somewhere else had I known about the time share push. VERY DISTASTEFUL! Booking.con should warn customers or not deal with this type group.
Good choice for sedona close to everything.
Attitude at front desk
Surroundings and staff was very accommodating in appointing a room with a better view/location
The room assigned initially was in a very poor location with no view
Staff very friendly and helpful
Supposedly "no pressure" time share meeting
Comfy, spacious room. Surrounding scenery is impressive.
No restaurant or bar on site. Only a couple within walking distance. The interconnecting door to the adjoining room that our neighbor seemed determined to open. Thankfully, they didn't manage it. Staff on front desk were efficient but not friendly.
Quiet location, beautiful views. Comfortable rooms. Pool area lovely, close to a nimbler of the hikes in the area. Golf club nice for cocktails, a short walk to a pub and very nice restaraunt on hwy. 179. This facility is in oak creek village, not Sedona.
We had a lovely unit but the air conditioning broke our first night, the moved us to the only other unit available. This second room was less well maintained, carpets stained and an odd smell. The first unit was excellent. Management apologized, we didn't complain about the odour in the room, merely opened the windows
The views in town were stunning and the golf was wonderful.
the studio rooms fronted the parking and had no view at all of Sedona. Not indicated prior to arrival.
The staff , the facility and location .
I was charged on my credit card after my departure with no reason .
The location, Village of Oak Creek, was terrific! The resort is located just a few minutes from Sedona proper where some wonderful shops and restaurants await. There are many, many hiking and biking trails to choose from just up the road from this resort. The accommodations were equally wonderful. We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit with a gorgeous view of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. The bed was incredibly comfortable with a Serta mattress. The bathroom had a nice shower and a very deep soaking tub. A decent sized kitchen, dining area and living room rounded out the unit with an outdoor, open porch that had two chairs and a small table. A stacking washer/dryer came in handy after hours of hiking each day. Our unit was right across from one of the pools and a hot tub/spa was around the corner and down a few flights of stairs. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset while soaking in the hot tub. The golf club house, not associated with the resort, serves breakfast and lunch every day and dinner on Thursday nights only. We had a wonderful breakfast our last full day while enjoying the views that we never tired of.
The staff were hit-or-miss. Check-in went very smoothly; the gentleman who checked us in was very polite and friendly. The girl behind the concierge desk was not quite as friendly. She provided some information on where to eat, things to see and also offered us a gift card for a local restaurant if we would attend a timeshare presentation. I turned that down, so maybe that's why she wasn't as friendly. We needed laundry detergent after we used the first single-use box that was provided. The vending machine located in the general laundry room took our money but didn't dispense the product. The girl behind the reception desk didn't seem to grasp the idea that we didn't want our money back, we wanted our detergent. After a few minutes of discussion, it was straightened out. These were minor issues and I would highly recommend this resort and we definitely intend to return in the near future!
The trip was amazing. I couldn't have asked for anything more and can't wait to get back to Sedona and the Ridge. I loved that the property was in the Village as opposed to the city. The location was perfect! Close to everything and not too touristy.
The restful location was just what we were looking for. We loved the kitchen, golf course, and pools!
