Being disturbed at 9:45pm for turn down service
The staff so friendly and helpfull will deffinatly be staying there again
We loved everything about this hotel
The whole entire staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The price, location, luxuriousness and amenities.
Would have liked a restaurant that was opened later after the concert.
The friendliness of everyone, the decor, the beds were amazing, & the convenience of the bar and wonderful restaurant!
The stocked bar items were too expensive, and the rooms could use a microwave.
The room and amenities were very nice and comfortable.
I waited 10 minutes on a Saturday evening to check in as there was only 1 person working the front desk. I had to ask the doorman to find another staff member to come to the desk so I could finally check in. When I finally got my key and was leaving, the first desk clerk was still talking to the same customer. Who knows how long I would have waited. On Sunday morning at 9:30 am, you could hear the maid coming down the hall, knocking on each door "Housekeeping!" At 9:30AM on a Sunday! When she knocked on my door, I opened it and said "Are you under the impression that you work at the Days Inn?" She said "I just wanted to see if you were ready for me to clean the room." I said "You can clean the room when I have checked out." There is no reason that housekeeping cannot communicate with the front desk to find out who has checked out. To rush customers out early on a Sunday morning is inexcusable.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a great outlook. It was a club room and the club lounge was excellent providing everything we needed. All staff were friendly and efficient
The well trained, efficient, wonderfully friendly staff make a stay in this hotel the best ever! Beds are great, food is delicious and location is terrific. I highly recommend the Ritz-- Carlton.
I saw nothing that needed improvement.
Hidden charges like parking n drinking the beverges in the room
Staff went out of their way to assist.
VALET SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE GYM
The location and The Atlanta Grill
The room wasn't what I expected for what I paid. Could have stayed somewhere else just as nice for less money
Valet was really nice and attentive.
Bathroom a little small. For the money thought rooms would be a bit more fancy
Loved all of the small details and the attentiveness of all of the staff.
The concierge didn't have many great ideas for what we could do (more of a reflection of Atlanta, IMO). She actually suggested we go to the hockey arena (there was no game on) as a place to "people watch". Too bad Atlanta didn't have a nice downtown core to match this hotel's beauty.
The courtesy of your staff, specially your valet attendants, extremely nice and helpful.
The bed was the best feature of our stay.
I requested a refrigerator in our room and we didn't get one. The bathrooms were mediocre at best. We looked into the brunch buffet at Atlanta Grill but it didn't seem worth it for the price. No Free WiFi was disappointing.
Gracious and knowledgeable staff!!
Staff was very professional and extremely Freindly!
Everything. I did not use the WiFi nor do I have a pet.
The breakfast menu should contain fish as an option for those that do not eat meat, turkey or chicken. We did not care for the "purple" potatoes.
Thought breakfast buffet was a bit pricy but then it was very good.
The name was nice
Everything. Pretty much
