The bed was very comfortable, the staff and service is perfect.
The property is just really tired and needs to be updated. The decor is dated and this could be a really great Ritz if the brand would invest in a renovation. Our bathroom was incredibly small, too small for two people to stand at the vanity at the same time.
A superb experience with an adorable bed and excellent room facilities and amenities. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived to the second we departed.
Only one drawback was the water pressure/flow of the shower - a little timid for our liking!
The staff was excellent, very attentive and responsive to every need.
The room was very average, nothing better than any other 3-4 star hotel.

WE WALKED TO THE FALCONS GAME SUNDAY.. WAS GREAT. NUMEROUS RESTAURANTS WITHIN 1 BLOCK OF HOTEL..
Most attentive staff I have ever witnessed in a hotel! Attentive to EVERY need, Housekeeping smiled and Acknowledged you each time they passed you in the hallway! I was asked twice while walking to the elevator " is everything okay.. Is there anything I can do for you"? I REALLY felt as if they were GLAD that I was staying there! Exceptional Service!!
At arrival disclosed we were going to the FOX that night! When leaving for the FOX , A cab was hailed for us! We Were told there would be cabs all over and would NOT Have any problem returning to the RItz! WRONG.... could not find a cab, and the few we saw were filled! Probably waited 30 minutes and I have a broken leg and was limited to walking! Met another couple on a street and emphasized they had the same problem ..... They decided to walk several blocks up! They , too, were staying at the Ritz!
Staff were all friendly, food served by the hotel was of good standards. I would definitely visit im this hotel again.
Water pressure in the shower could of been a lot better.
The room was clean.
The soundproof was so bad to the extent that I jumped out of bed while sleeping when I heard a door slam thinking that someone broke into the room!!! For those who seek a quite place, don't even consider going to this hotel.
Good service on the reception. Very fast. A lot of very good restaurants around the hotel. Car valet service is not cheap but fast and friendly.
The elevator is to slow. You must always wait. Bathroom is from another century. Not a standard for an luxury hotel.
The personal service by the staff stood out for me. It was outstanding and we were made to feel as if nothing was too much trouble.
Clearer instructions re parking ahead of arrival would have been extremely helpful.
The staff were fantastic and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Wallace the driver was amazing, helpful and knowledgeable.
Noise at night in the hallways
Upon arrival the desk clerk could not locate my reservation. I also selected two queen beds, and the clerk informed me that there was only King rooms available. In addition they said they did not have the capability of looking up my Marriott rewards number to add to my room. Total lack of service from the moment I walked in. Not what I expect from a Ritz Carlton.
I am a marriott reward member. At check in, staff would not look up my number or allow me to pay for an upgrade.
Everyone we encountered was helpful and kind. Room service was quickly delivered and tasted great!
The staff at the neighboring 191 building aren't as kind or helpful, but didn't impact my impression of the Ritz at all.
Excellent facility with excellent staff in a great location in downtown Atlanta.
Internet service is costly and very unreliable and intermittant. I was very disappointed that the internet provider did not live up to Ritz standards.
The suite was spacious and very bright!! Also very comfortable! Staff very nice and accommodating!!
A charge for additional glassware!!! We booked a suite to entertain friends and wanted everyone to have a glass for their beverage ! Not Nice Ritz Carlton !!!!
Food was good.
The price was higher than expected. when i got there to pay. unacceptable.
There were only 2 good things about this hotel...the bed and the food.
To start the bellman hung around waiting for a tip. I had planned on giving one but just hadn't gotten it out yet. He made it very obvious he wanted to be tipped for delivering 2 bags. The room was noisy and I had requested a quiet room and the view was of a building. I couldn't even see sky. The bar staff stared at me as I drank and ate and interrupted me every 5 minutes to ask if everything was ok. If it wasn't, I would have said the first time they asked. Finally, it took 3 valets and 45 minutes for them to deliver my car to me. And I paid $20 a night for this!

The Staff was excellent and really went above and beyond to make our stay special.
