Not much restruant choices
Beds were excellent. We stayed in 1 bedroom suite which we always do wherever we go, this was in the top best. Suite has a powder room. Location is amazing. Walking distance to restaurants/shops/coffee
I know a lot of hotels do this but I hate when the there's 2 bellmen one that loads/unloads car & one that brings/picks up from room. When we arrived the guy that unloaded car was standing next to us after saying "I'm not bringing bags up to room" and didn't leave our side until we tipped him which was annoying. Obviously we were going to tip him, its not like he was leaving the lobby. I don't like to feel pressure for anything especially at a place like this.
Air con very noisy doesn't look and feel like other ritz hotels
-Location -Very comfortable beds -Access to Sports Club -View of the common -Delicious dinner
-A large bundle of wires in the corner, not quite hidden by the curtain. -Having to pay for internet access -Breakfast did not taste so good
Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location right across fro Boston Common. Easy walk to anywhere.

The staff was great & very helpful
Your location was somewhat far from my events.
cleanliness room view spacious room
I love room service and it was excellent. Great servers each time and the meals were prompt and on time. The food was great. Also, the maid service was quite good.
it was just not up to Ritz Carlton standards. Getting off the elevator on my floor I was greeted with a cleaning smell that was not pleasant. The room was "ok"- Air conditioning never seemed to get cool enough- fridge in mini bar was not very cool. Though a little disappointed, I enjoyed my stay.
I liked the fact that they have Sport Club LA next door. They also have good food.
The service was terrible. I am shocked at how bad the service was considering that this is a Ritz. They only have two people to check you in and no one answers the phone from Conceirge.
The room and hotel were excellent.
Paying extra for the gym.
