The restaurant "Elways" staff - too pushy on upselling wine and the continual stream of "Is everything OK" was a bore. Undercooked steak did not help either.

It was welcoming when you come in They didnt have my room ready,for a surprise that I had for made for my girlfriend. I didn't exspect that for a 5 star Hotel. This really Would be my first choice ever again

Staff were totally first rate...friendly, going the extra step to help. Room was unusually large for a downtown hotel. Huge bathroom with lovely tub, separate glass shower, private toilet area with door, 2 sinks. I love the coffee machine by Nespresso. The restaurant (Elways) in the lobby is really good. As with the last time I stayed here - the walls are "thin". You can hear conversations next door or in the hallway. This is fine during the day - for sleeping take ear plugs just in case of noise and you'll be fine unless someone is having a party or something (if so call the front desk).
