the safe was too small, the aircon was too loude, house keeping not too good, binoculars are a joke, all in all not what one expects from a ritz-carlton

No tea/coffee making in room

Large rooms, especially for New York. Large bathrooms with a tub and walk-in shower. Great harbour views.

Bad design. The most awkward main entrance- steep stairs, two pairs of heavy doors, seldom a doorman to help. Charge for internet, no coffee machine in the room. No master switch for lights in the room - had to walk around and turn off four lights- two in the bathroom every time I left the room. Cheap amenities. Unless you are on business, or a have a reason to stay in the area, you are a long way from everything else in Manhattan. Very disappointed.

Excellent personal service. Utmost luxury. Amazingly comfortable bed.

View is amazing, and the Hotel is really a good one.

With such a room rate, no free wifi? At Battery park down in the street you can have internet for free. It makes no sense.

Mauvaise climatisation très bruyante : réglée à la chaleur maxi souffle un froid maxi !!! Restaurant : pas au niveau de sa classe. Attente inexpliquée pour être placé, prendre la commande et surtout pour être servi tant en plats chauds qu'en plats froids, vins de mauvaise qualité pour un établissement de cette classe.

всё понравилось. от телескопа в номере до массажа в местном спа. все великолепно. переехала туда после четырех дней в суетном Интерконти на Таймс Сквер, и стало по-настоящему хорошо) персонал милейший. в окне Статуя Свободы, много воды и кусочек беттери парка, где постоянно бегают взрослые и гуляют десадовские группы) историческое место - причал, с которого начинался НЙ.

нет вообще ни слова в минус. и даже относительная удаленность от самых топовых мест Манхеттена (до Централ Парка минут 15-20 на такси) при остальных исходных - незначительная мелочь) вернусь в этот отель точно.

O tratamento dos funcionários.

Отель находится в красивейшем месте Нью-Йорка, на берегу залива рядом с парком. По утрам народ бегает, катается на велосипедах. Тишина. А в 5 минутах пешком-Бродвей. Метро в 2 шагах. Номер был с 2-мя кроватями. Просторный, около 40 метров. Письменный стол. Интернет за доп. плату. Постели усыпляющие, перины наимегчайшие. В санузле имеется и душ, и ванна. Очень доброжелательный персонал и гости отеля. Нам очень понравилось.

Жаль, что в номере не было кофейника или чайника. И кухня в единственном ресторане закрывается в 10 вечера. Рядом тоже все так же рано закрывается.

风景不错，周边就是公园，离华尔街很近，地铁也很方便

酒店明显旧了，家具等摆设都已经有明显的破损

да что тут может не понравиться? все было просто отлично. даже номер нам позволили немного позже сдать.

отсутствие ресторана на последнем этаже - было бы здорово ужинать с видом на статую свободы

The staff is kind and helpful...

In the hotel it was very cold everywhere the rooms and the bathroom heating is weak and noisy the bathroom-floor is extremely cold (no floor- heating) there is no bidet, the cheese-cake on one day is excellent, but after three days you can get wizened with refrigerant-smell the bed- matress (in the executive king room)is way too soft, so we had back-pain moreover, if one turns to other side, the other wakes up to "bed- waiving"... The cleaning person did not know that you are in the room or not, so she knocked to your door at 8am, so you wake up... There are two non-automatic glass-doors at the hotel entrance, but there are no push/pull vignette, that how can you open, for that everybody orders about the doors...

ヴァレーパーキングも手際良く、フロントの対応も速い。２時前のチェックインもOKで、クラブラウンジで昼- 食も食べることができた。１１Fからの眺めも大変よく、自由の女神像も見えた。料金はすこし高いが、ぜひク- ラブフロアをお勧めします。

The final price was terrible. The room with view of Statue of Liberty was in 3rd floor and they have any other. Dinner - terrible lobster bisque and me and me friend were sick of dinner.

A nice modern hotel with great views over Statue of Liberty.

I chose it as it was at the southern end of Manhattan, but it actually felt too far out of the way. Although it was only a few minutes stroll to Wall Street/business district it didn't have the vibe of hotels in the city that I enjoy. I had booked a Statue of Liberty view room, but it was at the very end of the hotel so had more of a view of the Jewish Museum and some other business type buildings. Although the staff were friendly, the room (although a bit corporate and bland for my liking) was fine but the location put me off and I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Entspricht in Standards und Ausstattung nicht den Erwartungen an Ritz- Carlton. Mindestens eine Kategorie tiefer. Mitarbeiter durchschnittlich engagiert, Zimmerausstattung unterdurchschnittlich, Sauberkeit mittelmaessig. ,

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was quite and clean. The location is also good. You can see the Liberty Statue from the window of the room.

フロントの方々が、とても優れた対応でした。 ニューヨークの中で、とても良いホテルでしょう。 ニューヨークは、同じランクのホテルの差が激しい事で、実は有名ですが、ここのホテルはフレンドリーの一言- に尽きます。 マナーもしっかりとしていて、フレンドリーの中にもしっかりとした節度があります。 私が泊まった時は、タクシーも常駐しておりましたので、郊外でも不便は、あまり感じませんでした。 むしろ、街中の他のホテルの方が不便をしました。 他のホテルは、タクシーすら止める事が出来ない所もありますので、 こちらのホテルは郊外でも街中から遠いとはあまり感じなかったです。 街中へ行く途中、タクシーから景色を眺める事が出来ますので、観光にもなるかもしれません。 今の時期は、工事で少しうるさいので、音に敏感な方は行かない方が良いかもしれません。 ご家族の方々もいらっしゃったので、ご家族の方にも良いかもしれません。 ドアスコープが２つついてて、お子様用、大人用とあったので、 ご家族旅行には、とても良いかもしれません。

スタッフの一人だけが、少し失礼でした。 一人しかいませんでしたが。 他のホテルは、失礼すぎるスタッフが、結構沢山います。
