Excellent location Excellent staff
For the price breakfast should have been included
The staff was really nice and helpful. Besides the quality of the restaurant was excellent. We would recommend the stake which was amazing.
Friendly, helpful staff. Incredible location, with an amazing view of the park.
Had to pay for Wi-Fi
Amazing in any respect.
Quality and Service don't come cheap.
Spectacular view Upgraded to a suite upon arrival Great feel throughout the hotel
Room wasn't ready until 4:00
The club on the second floor is one of my favourite places on earth. Staff could not be more helpful (Lazar is a great example) and the view across Central Park is a gem.
Very little to complain about... We have stayed there now on both occasions we've been lucky enough to be in New York
Food in business lounge
We requested 2 double beds coz i just had surgery done so we couldn't share a bed. We only had one bed & we're told all the rooms with dbl beds were full.
Most of it are perfect.
Need pay for the wifi.
Stuffs are very helpful and polite. Hotel manager is an excellent man. Clean hotel and elagant, very near to every points,
Being one of most expencive hotel in New York and charging for Wi Fİ is unbeliveable, in many cheaper hotel,it is a free service. To have a fresh air into room for rooms looking Central Park, is a bad experince because of horses' dirts.
very nice helpful staff, good location, the classic Ritz
the rooms (especially showers) need a renovation
wonderful staff (supportive and unobtrusive) perfect room (spacious with a wonderful view) comfortable location (fantastic park, easy to get anywhere you need in the city)
a big amount of limousines in front (no place for a driver to park)
Fantastic location and views over Central Park. Excellent staff and warm welcome to the hotel. Exceptional room, very comfortable and well equipped. Great bathroom, fluffy towels and choice of bathrobes. A luxurious, classy hotel.
Unfortunately there were a number of very rude and arrogant guests that were totally unreasonable towards the very patient and professional staff. Lounge was quite draughty.
Location Asprey products offered in bathroom
The room was full of dust (like never used before) and small. Wi-fi internet not free in the guest rooms (only in the lobby)
Location is very good.
I wasn't impressed with reputation that Ritz has vs. the service provided.
