I wish it was closer to the sites and restaurants.
The pool and pool service was definitely the highlight of my stay!
Room service menu
Pool was crowded with kids. Needed to pay to go to spa pool.
The feeling of being special
high price in comparing with other hotels , nothing free such as breakfast , parking and also when i ask them to empty my mini bar in the fridge to put my staff , they charge this service
i always go to ritz carlton in many cities i have visited , but this is my last time to join the hotel group regarding to my final receipt with them
Check in was awesome, the girl working the desk didn't charge me for one night after missing my flight and getting in the next morning, after a red eye. I didn't expect that since it said no cancellation.
I wish I could stayed longer
The treatment was regal like
Requested large king bed on booking, given 2 beds which were not big enough to sleep two people in comfortably. We run our own business and felt that paying almost 600 dollars a night that wifi should have been free - very disappointing. This is a nice 4 star hotel but over priced for what you get , we ended up checking out and renting a villa for remainder of our stay
Location was great close to everything and staff were brilliant
On my fiancée's birthday we were awoken by service for breakfast that we did not order at 6:45 AM notwithstanding the sign on the door indicated that we did not want to be awoken. The following day Maid service tried to get into our room, not simply knock but actually put a key in and opened the door around 8:00 AM. We told the Valet that we were looking for out vehicle to be pulled up because we had an appointment. Returned to out room got ready and went downstairs after about 30 minutes and the car was still not in the front. We noticed it parked on the side of the property and stated can we have the keys because we need to go we don't mind walking over to it. We were told it was not our car an that they would pull it up. So we stood there and waited for another 10 minutes or so. Then we watched as they ran the car we initially pointed out and tried to pull it around and pretend that we weren't going to notice.
We had some favorable dining experiences, enjoyed the golf course, and shared facilities between the RC and J.W. Marriot
Expensive breakfast, couldn't use all the amenities
Very responsive staff, lots of amenities
We got a room with two twin beds and 4 of us were uncomfortable sleeping. They said they don't have rooms with two queen beds , only king size or the twin
We loved it and definitely would come back next year. The breakfast was absolutely delicious in the casual caffe . A plus for the service !
The shuttle service to the theme parks are very limited.
This hotel is family friendly which allows us to focus on our conference. My kids like the fact they get to use both Ritz and JW pools.
Tried for 3 days & nites to get the toilet repaired. 2 different techs came to no avail making adjustments. Toilet flushed itself every 14 mins both day and nite for my entire stay. The last day no one came after my phone calls to operator and housekeeping. Just ignored me. Had to cover toilet and tank with towels to stifle flush noise
Hotel is lovely
We booked a suite and when we arrived our reservation had been fouled up. We ended up with a standard room.
The entire experience was great.
Instead of double beds in room you could fit queen, just gives you a little more room when sharing with your partner or one queen and a double.
Loved the flowers in lobby and on room service tray the rose.Loved your xmas tree and umbrellas by pool great.
The housekeeping was not very good - first day we came back at 4:30pm and the room was still not made. Had to call a few times for a room service menu and in room coffee. The concierge was not that helpful - we tried to book fishing but were unsuccessful.
We loved the service as you walked in - they greeted my daughter as princess. We loved the hot cocoa in the lobby and the Peppermint Square setup.
Air Conditioning temperature in public areas was a little too cold for comfort. My Wife left her Mont Blanc Sunglasses in a private room at Restaurant Primo in the Marriott section. When she called back the following day, they were not found. Although it was the Holiday peak, some of the Family had delays in having their rooms made-up. (e.g.- Depart @ 9:00AM ~ still unmade by 6:00PM) No Mosquito screens in bedroom balcony doors, resulting in many overnight mosquito bites.
Almost Everything about this RitzCarlton holiday stay which was shared by our whole Family was expressed as exceptionally good. The Family opinion was that any shortcomings were minor when measured against the overall shared positive experience.
Priory to stay in hotel, swimming, bike, bar, restaurant,
It was a bit pricey but we'll worth it.
The pool, the well kept grounds, friendly staff, the jacuzzi, free snacks by the pool.
Christmas Eve dinner
In the hotel everything but when I arrived they couldnt find my reservation that I had changed with booking and the receptionist in the hotel was very nice
mattress was a bit lumpy but previous time it was good so this may have been just one time.
Service is always good, very clean, facilities and spa nice, restaurants on site very good
Friendly staff Very comfortable beds Great landscaping, just great to walk around Excellent food Great views of lake and golf course
Having to leave due to hotel being full on following nights. But I should have booked earlier - not the hotels fault! Book the Ritz - you will not be disappointed
Everything! The Christmas decorations were superb - especially the gingerbread house candy shop. Staff exceptional and friendly. By far the best hotel stay we have ever had in Florida. Will come back for sure.
That when I arrived there they could t find my booking reservation And I had to wait for 45 minutes
