Friendly staff Very comfortable beds Great landscaping, just great to walk around Excellent food Great views of lake and golf course
Everything! The Christmas decorations were superb - especially the gingerbread house candy shop. Staff exceptional and friendly. By far the best hotel stay we have ever had in Florida. Will come back for sure.
Having to leave due to hotel being full on following nights. But I should have booked earlier - not the hotels fault! Book the Ritz - you will not be disappointed
That when I arrived there they could t find my booking reservation And I had to wait for 45 minutes
Very good breakfast
No coffee machine at breakfast
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, had late night dinner at the bar. Very nice stay. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Orlando
The facility in general is beautiful.
Double beds were small Full size but confortable. The bathrooms modern and nicely decorated has small stand up shower and could have been cleaner.Room service was ok.
location in the green park
Spa too far from the hotel lobby because shared with JW Marriot
I liked everything, but what was impressive is my wife and I were sitting/standing out front waiting for a friend to pick us up. We were asked 3 times if we needed help and if we would like water.
Great and luxurious rooms and amenities. The Club lounge is excelent. Classy and elegant atmosphere.
Expensive valet and self parking.
We did not like that you had to pay daily charge for self-parking of $20.00 plus tax . Also in this day and age to be paying $15.00 per 24 hours is ,also outdated.
I can't say any thing more that what I got
Great staff. Great restaurant Normans
wall isolation needs to be improved as we could overhear the neighbours during the night!
The airco is too cold
The room wasn't good poor quality The pool I have advise to service the light was out and I cut my self and next day wasn't repair.etc.
Travelers like us from the East are spoiled with excellent service available at our hotels. The Ritz Carlton is one of the few hotels in America that is at the same level. This is a hotel that will appeal to the discerning traveler. The hotel is located away from the theme parks which will appeal to some. The property itself is beautiful and I would recommend keeping some time to explore the beautiful area around the lake. The golf facility is top notch - unfortunately it rained while we were there so I could not play any golf. I was also a little wary from online reviews that the hotel hit guests with hidden charges. This has been addressed by the hotel. While checking in I was told that the $25 convenience fee could be kept aside if I was not planning to use any of their services - wifi, theme park shuttle service, hotel swimming pool, etc. Since we did not use any we were not charged. Highly recommend the new restaurant "Highball & Harvest". Some of the best food we've eaten anywhere and a nice break from "Steak and Potatoes" formal dining. Enjoyed our stay immensely!
The hotel can be a little too "ritzy" for some. Prices are on the higher side. This is not a bad thing because service is great. But do keep this in mind. Location is a little remote but again this is by design. Some may not like this.
Staff are friendly and very helpful, Rooms are very clean and beds provide a great night sleep, Hotel food first class, Its the staff that makes this hotel very special.
excellent place to stay and relax with family. i love to go back and enjoy more time in the hotel.
not find a doctor in the hotel
Service by the staff, excellent rooms, perfect internet
Price of breakfast is high
Everything as usual for the standard of a ritz carlton such as room, staff friendliness ect...
The fact that they used a third party to transport us to the parks which was the most awful unprofessional experience. The most inconvenient times of transport and rude staff. Example: we were left at the park waiting after closing at 9pm until 11 pm waiting for transport. This third party does not meet the standards of a ritz carlton and certainly does not represent the price paid for service.
Service Rooms Facilities especially marriotts pool and lazy river
Noise in corridors late at night and someone banging the headboard wal next door making wall shake
