Staff were excellent. Service was excellent My room and reservation was screwed up. I did not get the room I request I did not get he view I requested I did not get he flowers and chocolate as requested. Front desk lady at check in was not friendly and did not attempt to correct the issues but instead argued with me.

Nothing!! We will definitely not be going back to this hotel, gives us a very wrong impression of the Ritz Carltons that we have stayed around the world!!! Everything!! We know this is a very old hotel but kept very poorly, bad facilities and very small room for what we had to pay for.

Wonderful experience overall. Staff was terrific, with a small glitch regarding the outside valets. Lobby area never too crazy with Christmas looky-loos that we couldn't get a spot in the bar or restaurant. Beautifully maintained. The outside valets were moslyt interested in the car traffic for tea visitors and often ignored hotel guests. Wish there was a jacuzzi attached to the spa area. One woman concierge had no idea what activities our family should do in the rain. What? There should be a pre-printed list - it rains often in San Francisco!

ないです。 チェックインの時、有効ではない鍵を出されました。 リッツのブランドでホテル決めたけど、大失敗でした。 高級感もないし、浴室の作りも安っぽいです。高いだけでした。

High class furniture & decoration . Very Comfort. Area around the hotel not flat land, so walking is hard sometimes due to hills, also the internet service and breakfast are not including with room rate .
