Great location. Good pool comfortable bedroom

Incredibly expensive for drinks and food We are not poor but refused to pay such high prices so went a few yards away for half the price. So they lose money by pricing themselves too high. Hotel a bit tired.

Room location. Had to go up on elevator one extra floor; walk some and then take another elevator to right floor. Not easy at all with luggage and going back and forth. Expected better accommodation from Ritz reputation for luxury!

The staff of the hotel were very pleasant and always willing to help. The room was very comfortable and with a nice design.

The prices for breakfast and snacks was very high, $35 for the breakfast buffet is excessive. The main entrance of the hotel does not do it justice and was always unattractively crowded with taxi's.

Very confortable and quiet, excelent localization, very good staff.

Customer service desk was not at same level of other employees training.

In high season to expensive for me. Valetparking was more than 38.00 + Tax. I really like the Ritz Carlton all over the US. We came from the Ritz Carlton Naples but for the same money the Loews in MB has more to offer.

It was perfect .. The first time I travelled alone and being female never once felt uncomfortable .. Sea Pool fitness Restaurants and Shopping all on your doorstep :) .. What more could you want!!

Breakfast is expensive but that goes with 5* Hotel

I booked a king size bed room and end up with twin room. Staff were rude and I don't mind if I don't stay there ever again.

For $639/night room ok. They share facilities with the DeLido I gather which is fine just not all a ritz facility . no late checkout but at the same time our room was not ready to check in until 5 pm.

Swimming-pool, free beds with towels and umbrella. Club lounge staff!!!!

Toilet overflushed 5 times/ 6 days, would like to be offered another room as they just fixed the problem temporarely.

Stayed in a suite on the 7th floor,with fine ocean views. Very clean room, good housekeeping standards. Very friendly bell and reception staff. Beach service very good.

Noisy (Food and Wine festival) but not unbearably so-you don´t come to SoBe for some peace and quiet! The hotel restaurants are adequate, not fantastic. They use some smelly cooking oil or suchlike that reacts to hot air. I would suggest using butter instead-much healthier. Breakfast service gets quite crowded, although we did like the quality of the buffet on offer. Pool service not up to scratch with it all-undelivered orders and perhaps not always the friendliest staff just there.

loved having the club level! Made all the difference to the stay at the Ritz. The staff were all so polite and helpful.

Location is good. The staff is helpful. Room is ok.

It is not 5 star hotel!!! Very inconvenient check-in and check-out. Everything is surcharge. Internet, sun umbrellas, etc. You can't even sit at first row near the sea without payment!!! It is not a problem to pay some money, but such restrictions are very enoing!!! I think all services should be included in the price. My friends also were very upset by staying in this hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!!!

The Ritz is a well organized Hotel with all needed facilities, staff is competent but unfortunately not very "warm". The rooms are somewhat small, but the bathroom is large and has all what you might need. The pool is one of the best in South Beach (together with the Loews where we stayed as well) and the beach service is efficient.

The Ritz is one of the more expensive Hotels in South Beach; If you do not plan to use the Pool there are cheaper alternatives.

Amazing hotel. Great location, in the middle of everything (One Lincond Road): you don´t need a car to go to the beach, restorants, shopping.... great experience. It´s an expensive hotel, but it worth it.

Check out it´s too early and the parking it´s quite expensive (but similar price of other similar hotels in the location)
