The service provided at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the hotel the staff were always ready to assist and help in every way possible. Definately a hotel I would recommend to others and one I would stay at again. |

i really appreciated the comfort of the room as it was very spacious, beautiful and overall-tidy! We had a wonderful breakfast at the pool in the early morning and the buffet was superb! The receptionist as well as the concierge were extremely accomodating and well-informed about trips, tours, restaurants and bars! the staff at the pool was almost too friendly as i sometimes felt overwhelmed by their "helpfulness"! The water in the pool is saltwater... |

Taxi cabs used by Hotel are very dirty and old. It should be revised. Or hotel itself may establish a kind of VIP transportation with luxurious cars with a considerable rate. |

Very nice free upgrade!!!! Breakfast was excellent. Valet was really fast. Service was not so good, we had to call several times to get luggage, shoppingbags, room service up to our room. Housekeeping didn't refill the minibar and the shampoo and stuff in the bathroom |

Quando contratei hotel com booking falavam em quarto com. 74 m quadrados e vista para miami. Quando cheguei e vi no outro dia fui embora p, pois não foi aquilo que contratei . Para dar 74 prescisa de dois quartos. |
