    loved the bathroom; room was nice and also enjoyed the balcony

    have to pay to use the internet; overpriced for what you get; don't get any freebies and food/drink, etc. overpriced

    The quiet elegance,the live music saturday night the flowers display at the restaurant.

    The very casual attire of the staff greeting us at arrival. The stale odor of cigarrets and cigars by the lobby to the restaurant

    i stayed during off-peak season and the value was good for a very ritzy hotel. I had a cold so I couldn't take advantage of the pool and hot tub but I would definitely have used these facilities had I felt better.

    I was not familiar with the area where the hotel is located. The area did not appear inviting to walk around in. There was no casual place for coffee. Everything was overly fancy.

    Charging for WiFi in this day and age cheapens your brand.

    The rooms were excellent, service first rate, value for money good and the total package worked.

    The lounge area and bar does not quite come together and we would drop the unattractive Sushii bar.

    I was very impressed with Vesnina at the restaurant. On both occasions I had my small grandchildren with me. She was most welcoming. I was very impressed with the care and concern she took about one of the children's severe nut allergy.

    I think the cigar bar needs to be better enclosed. On each occasion you could smell cigar fumes in the restaurant. It is such a lovely restaurant, that spoiled the atmosphere
