The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was notable and the quality of the Bistro/ bar close by was another feature.
The RC Club lounge was under renovation so not available at the time of our stay....these things happen and I'm sure the new facility will be fantastic.
Good Location, helpful and courteous staff
I've stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels. This had substandard amenities (soaps, only one robe, no slippers, etc) and showed more wear and tear than others
Friendly staff, convenient location, good food in the bistro
Comfortable hotel in an excellent location
No coffee Maker In-room
Oh my goodness. What didn't I like? The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.
I loved everything about Ritz.. Thank you
The Manager went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and was always finding solutions to any issues we raised.
The furniture was unexpectedly worn around the edges and unlike it's sister located in Georgetown, this RC seemed congested for some reason.
Room was very comfortable. Restaurant was good.
Very noisy jack hammering. During the day and early evening on Saturday. And more disturbingly early Sunday morning. It was loud in my room. That was unfortunate. The central reception/lobby area is a little confusing in terms of where things are. Doesn't feel like a common area
The club lounge was excellent . Lots of food and drink and the staff were lovely.
Carpet was stained, no coffee maker in room, asked for room with a view and king size bed and got a room with no view and the king bed bearly fit in room. Not worth the price.
The staff was very friendly. The location was near the tourist areas and the hotel was very clean.
Certainly not the luxury experience for the money you're paying. I've stayed at Ritz-Carlton in Osaka, Japan and in Puerto Rico. Although I paid for a suite, it wasn't very big. The robes are cheap and look disposable. The slippers are equally cheap. And at the cost, why not just give the guests free wi-fi? Seriously. There are no shops inside this location...nothing to see in the hotel and nothing that makes you feel you have spent your money well.
The staff were hospitable. The room was spacious.
I would of liked a better view. And movies shown on TV, because the movies were charged.
It is a classic style hotel. we like it very much.
Very disappointed by the charging for wifi, everything else was great
Great location - staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful
