バスローブがツインの部屋に一つしか用意が無く、もう一つを頼んだが最後まで提供されませんでした、残念です、顧客へのサービス提供に関した今一歩の感じです。また、バスローブは、4泊したのですが、最終日まで、取り替えられることも、洗濯されることもありませんでした、清潔さに欠けると言わざるをえないと思います。 |

we found the River Inn to be perfect for our needs. We have 3 young children and the room was suitable (+ cot) for us all. A metro station is only a couple of blocks away which made travel to the centre of D.C very easy. Would certainly recommend this hotel to others. |

Room was large and very comfortable Very poor water pressure on top floor - 8th floor - room 817. Told two ladies at desk who acknowledged me but did not apologize, offer to look into it or even take a note on the issue. I am sure this it will be the same for the next patron. Also had trouble getting luggage to the room as promised by front desk staff. |

Great location, accessible to everything in DC, close to a Metro stop, quiet! For DC prices, good price. Excellent restaurant -- Dish -- on ground floor of the hotel. Minor since everything else about the room was very clean and well maintained, but there was peeling wallpaper in bathroom over bathtub from a water leak that could easily have been fixed; we were supposed to have Internet service in our room but it didn't work. |

Having a kitchen facility was wonderful! The bed's mattress was comfy, the cleaning staff did an awesome job, even doing our dishes. The location was great, just blocks from the nearest Metro, close to Georgetown and down the street from a Trader Joe's. jThe bathroom had bubbling, peeling wallpaper and the ceiling in the bedroom was quite damaged, but not fixed well. The carpeting and hallway paint were quite dirty. My husband said that the hotel looked "sad". The front desk staff was not very welcoming we stayed here for 6 nights and were greeted only two or three times as we came in during the day. |

For being so central in Washington, the value for money was very good. The area is trustworthy also at night and walking distance to George town, Foggy Bottom (Metro station) and even most of the touristic attractions (if you don't object walking for about 30 min.). All encounters with the staff were friendly and helpful, except for when I checked in the person then seemed rather stressed and short. |

Det lå dejligt centralt - let adgang til metroen - i et roligt og pænt kvarter. Fantastisk restaurant i forbindelse med hotellet. Deres gæste-computer i kælderen. Forbindelsen var alt for langsom mens prisen pr. minut var vanvittig dyr. |

La cercania a los sitios turisticos emblematicos de Washington, paradas de autubus y metro La atencion de los Recepcionista debe ser un poco mas Calida y no tan Fria. Yo he estado en otros Hoteles de Latinoamerica y la Atencion en la Recepcion ha sido mas Calida, aun cuando el Idioma se Diferente (Brasil). Por lo que recomiendo que la Recepcion de este Hotel al igual que otros no sea tan fria |
