The Riverside Hotel  

We selected The Riverside as we prefer this type of hotel as opposed to a high rise. Loved the setting on the river with the path. The breakfast included was a great buffet which was more than expected.

Everything about the Riverside is great...from the friendly staff to the perfect pillows and bed linens. The restaurant serves some of the best food and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to please.

A little difficult to find...could perhaps use some directional signs?

The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the staff was very polite and helpful. My husband still dreams about the omelets.

Room size was nice and large and bedding was very comfortable.

Needs for a small fridge in the room. Ventilation system is to noisy.

the staff could not be more friendly and professional. all were terrific. nancy at the bar was A delight. it is A very friendly hotel especially if you are traveling alone.

the entrance should be lite better at night. it is difficult to find the driveway (there are two entries) and both need to have better signage at eye level and lite.

always stay at riverside. our choice when in boise!!!

The staff was nice and I loved the free cookies!! The shuttle service and hospitality was amazing.

From top to bottom, it is first rate. Attention to detail is now amazing.

It was clean and easy to get to considering Boise is a hard place to get around in.

It was tough trying to get to the room. The food was good but the night we ate at the Grill we were the ony customers and it took 40 minutes to get our food. We were late for the horse races at Les Bois.

Nice big rooms, liked the double shower heads, clean, location, wonderful breakfast, parking, lounge & bar.

The room numbering system is a little strange and was hard to find other rooms- where our friends and family were. (We were told we would be together, but were very far apart).

So glad to have the restaurant in the building. Very convenient and the food was excellent. It was open late when we arrived so we were able to get something to eat. We enjoyed having the breakfast built into the cost of the room--convenient. Great buffet, and friendly and helpful staff. I do want to say one thing in particular. I was very impressed with the effort of the front desk staff to get a refrig/freezer to our room so I could have a place to store my insulin and freezer bag, since it has to be kept in a refrigerator. One person of your housekeeping staff was of particular help. Mary, (do not know last name) brought a refrigerator to our room, lifted it herself, and set it up--twice since we had to have one with a freezer! She never complained and was very friendly and was a hard worker. I appreciated her efforts, tremendously! Please give her my regards and my thanks. She should receive a note of appreciation from a customer and it should be noted in her personnel file of her going and extra mile for my comfort. Thank you, Mary.

Ease of check-in, comfortable room, breakfast buffet, friendly staff.

Plumbing needs to be updated.

I am disappointed. They bill my credit more than what the room was and the difference is still not put back on my card and I checked out on the 1st.

The catered food for the surveyors convention was excellent. The included breakfasts were good.
