No water pressure in the shower.
Easy walk to Saengar, wonderful dining at Domenica, and Sazerac bar is tough to beat for after-shopping French 75s. All great!

The hotel is very beautiful. I like the Sasarac Bar for a drink before we went to dinner, the giift shop is great and the room was comfortable and clean.
Unfortunately are room was not ready at 3:00pm for check in. We had to wait until 5:30 to get into our room. Which made us late for our dinner reservations.

Room service food arrived cold. The orange juice in the mini fridge was expired, which I realized after having tried it. That was not a nice experience. And it was six months expired.

Love the location, cleanliness and service. We stay in New Orelans a few times a year and the Roosevelt is our favorite. Very classy, no need to even leave the hotel, excellent food and amazing bars right at the hotel! A must stay!
Although they have a great valet service, the parking and lobby gets very congested. Lots of people come and "hang out" at the Roosevelt so it's always a tight squeeze in the lobby area!
lobby was decorated for christmas, very spectacular. romm very comfortable, great bed, very helpful concierge

Impeccable service, and I'm tough to impress. Room was top notch, clean & quiet.
No coffee pots in room I had two rooms, one was a surprise for my step-daughters 21st birthday, and her father and I had balloons, and champagne, and surprises to decorate her room before she arrived at the hotel,. The front desk made all the keys to our room and we went up to the floor of her room in another tower, and the key wouldnt work and by the time we went back to the front desk to get them to correct it, my step daughter had already arrived. That whole ordeal took about 40 minutes. 40 minutes that should of been spent decorating her room, if the front desk would have just scanned the correct room number on the key card. So we missed out surprising her on her 21st Birthday. Not very happy about that at all.
The hotel was beautiful and luxurious. The service was impeccable and they thought of every little detail! The turn-down service was very nice and the robes were so soft.
As upscale as the hotel was and as comfy as the robes and slippers were, the bed was somewhat hard and not as indulgent as I would have expected.
The staff was absolutely wonderful!! We can't say enough how please we were with our stay. The room was lovely and the bed ahhhhh just amazingly comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!!
There was nothing NOT to like, we LOVED everything!
The lounge was very comfortable to watch LSU loose. The only way you could have made it better you would have had to make LSU win. We will stay again thank you

I enjoyed the location.
Initially I checked in and was told one price when I checked out they charged me another one. The initial staff was horrible they didn't explain anything or give me any paperwork bagging up what they said.
Close to the main action but just out of the way when u need to relax. Some excellent things to do using thid stylish hotel as a base. All staff we spoke with were very good and helpful.
Room was $276/night , but my bill stated $799/night. The staff corrected it quickly, other that that one issue the stay was great.
I think for the price there could have been a coffee maker in the room. However, the pool area was amazing!

When I stay at Hilton's less expensive properties such as Hampton Inns and Hilton Garden Inns I receive free WiFi. Here only Gold and Diamond Honors members do. I stay at Hilton's all the time but am not Gold because they do not give me credit because I book through Booking.com. For the cost of free internet they put thousands of dollars worth of business at risk. I requested a late check out and was told that I could only have until one p.m. Without an additional charge. I had just paid for a suite for eight nights and two additional rooms for three nights and I can't have a late checkout without paying for it?! So for the price of free WiFi and a late checkout this hotel has lost my business and I will think twice before booking another Waldorf-Astoria. Is it just me or........?

The air conditioning was difficult to regulate, and we were not warned about not moving things in the fridge or putting anything in it...but they were good about reversing automatic charges caused through our ignorance.
We traveled with our two small dogs and the staff accommodated them without any hassles. I liked the proximity to the French Quarter and other attractions. The hotel was clean and elegant. I slept very well there. I wasn't sure where to take our dogs to relieve themselves but the doorman was most helpful in giving me direction on where there was a grassy area within a block from the hotel.
