I think for the price there could have been a coffee maker in the room. However, the pool area was amazing!
No coffee in room
Close to everything Beautiful facility
Lobby, and bars
Rooms, compared to Loews, and Monteleone.
Great and attentive staff.
Pool was crowded.
The Grand outside structure of the hotel. Bell Hop Service - great! Grand Interior architecture - lots to look at and read about Service is impeccable The fountain Lounge is first class Our bedroom was wonderful and very comfortable
The Fountain Lounge should enforce a stricter dress code. We were there on Friday evening around 9 pm and most everyone is business casual. One person came in with his girlfriend with shorts - sandals - shirt half way unbuttoned and baseball hat on backwards. This is to classy of a place to not uphold some form of dress code.
The Roosevelt exceeded my expectation of service, cleanliness, location, and luxury.
The staff were very friendly. Wonderful exercise facilities. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to so many sites including the amazing WWII Museum. Definitely recommend.
Paying extra for wifi
Bell staff, front desk staff, and pool staff exceptional.
Fountain Lounge HORRIBLE. Ordered soup, eggs benedict. Everything came out at once. No soup spoon. Server disappeared and never returned. However, she first cleared away the 3 other place settings at my table and piled them up in in front of the chair across from me. I had to ask for a glass of water and waited ten minutes with nothing to drink. It was terribly disappointing.
Ray was very helpful to us.
The lobby and pool area were nice.
The hidden fee of paying $50+ per night to hold your car in the garage. I figured if I was paying $400 a night for the room, they should hold my vehicle for free.
Room and concierge service gym was good for a hotel and free wifi
Restaurant price a little high
Old beautiful building
Bathrooms need to be upgraded
I LOVE everything about this hotel. From the beautiful lobby, to the staff, to the rooftop pool, to the beautiful rooms, The Roosevelt has it all! The hotel itself is pristine & clean. And all of the restaurants, bars, and cafes are excellent. Even when I did not stay at The Roosevelt, I found myself at Teddy's every morning for coffee. And Domenica is not to be missed! Everything is excellent there! Looking forward to my next trip back to NAWlins', to my home away from home, The Roosevelt. Thank-You!
We booked a suite which was lovely and so quiet, we never heard another guest. Liked the pool and bar and the location was great.
Only 3 hangers in the wardrobe.
Very Classy,, will definitely be staying there again!
Location was great! Friendly service.
the concierge was too busy and made some mistakes in our tours reservations.
Check out desk staff did not ask how was my stay Rip in rom window curtain obvious Exercise bike pedal strap missing
I enjoyed my stay at the Roosevelt. I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel exceeded other five star hotels in New Orleans. The amenities and attention to the guest is spectacular.
I wish my room whould have been a little bigger
The old charm of the hotel. Close proximity to the French Quarter for the French Quarter Festival
Nothing to dislike
Being able to check in before 3 pm on arrival date.
Bill being shimmied under door at 5 am. It scared me out of my sleep because it sounded as if someone was trying to break in to room. Room never made up before 1 pm during stay.
Our fourth stay in four years, and if they keep their end up, we'll keep coming.
Street construction in front.
