This luxury resort located on the Waikiki beachfront in Honolulu offers a full-service spa, private beach access and rooms with flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi. 1. Excellent location, 2. Professional service, 3. Has very good restanrant and Bar to enjoy the beach and sunset. 1. Room facility is not match with the price, specially for the bathroom is a little bit smaller. 2. Ever compained to the Concierge for neignbour room's noisy, just because we were just one door distance. The room should be redecorated from a Suite room. But the staff dealing with the issue very fast. No noisy after that.

Beautiful old building Not an nice room, dark and gloomy. Slight black mold on shower door, scuffed off paint on wall from one of the straight back chairs. No comfortable seating in room. Very minimal seating area to enjoy the beach unless you make reservation for a beach chair. Lovely old hotel but not userfriendly. Luxury, not in my opinion.

The location is great, the historic building beautiful. The staff were disinterested and looked constantly harassed. They applied a mandatory $25 dollar resort charge to include items such as daily internet, parking etc regardless of usage. If they wanted the extra money they should just add it to the room rate. We would certainly not return.

1、位置特别好，前面是沙滩，直面海景，后面是MALL，特别方便。 2、设施好，有一个特别大的游泳池，还有儿童水上滑梯。 3、装修有格调。 4、安静。 房间面积略有点小。

历史是这所酒店的特色，位置卓越，建筑有特色，我订的是塔楼超级海景，看海视野无敌。 唯一缺点是打扫房间比较晚，下午三点才来打扫。

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dont celle du 24/12, chambre impeccable, localisation paradisiaque sur la plage de Waikiki, concierge bien (pour réservation spectacle enfant et tour des illuminations de noël), valet parking à 5 USD la journée Room service moyen (certainement lié à l'affluence des fêtes de fin d'année), prix des chambres exorbitants surtout quand vous ajoutez les diverses taxes !!!

Loved the room and the cleanliness. It was very centrally located to shopping and the beach. Very expensive. The city was so busy that it was hard to get concierge help to ask questions. I also was coming off a really long international trip that put me into Honolulu at 8:00. I could not check in until 3:00 - which was a real hardship. They did offer a room to sit and leave my things until my room opened. Just a hard transition. My biggest negative was the amount of money outlayed for the stay there - did not match up with services and accomodations received.

アーリーチェックインが出来たこと。 コネクティングルームを使えた事。 宿泊価格に見合ったサービスで、それ以上でも、それ以下でもない。 三階であったので、外への見晴らしが悪かった。 他には、特になし。

Lage Service z.T. nicht annähernd das, was man von einem Luxushotel erwarten würde (z.B. Wartezeiten auf Bedienung im Restaurant, Vollständigkeit der Zimmerreinigung).
