Very friendly attentive staff. Great room like that there was a bar and food available poolside

Smoking. Everywhere even in the pool and even with no smoking signs placed. I don't blame the staff because this was throughout FLL but they could have made a better effort to enforce

Access of non-guests to entire complex, as I saw many non-guests wandering on the upper floors - not great security. Internet access was hit or miss

Feeling welcomed and a gay resort.

Room 1108 had cobwebs and the floor wasn't as clean as the last visit. Bed was a little soft and lumpy this time.

front desk is always perplexed in trying to explain the different rate each nite......there ought to be set rates for each nite of the week instead of changing nite to nite for some unknown reason......why Sun is $139, then Mon is $149? makes no sense.

The staff was awesome! So friendly, inviting, and generous with their time and energy to ensure my stay was a pleasant one. I love that they all made an effort to say "hello" and ask my name and introduce themselves. I will definitely be staying there again on my next visit to Fort Lauderdale!

Very nice facility. Service is absolutely top notch! Very friendly guest also. Very modern design with high end finishes and appointments.

Your staff are really terrific, everyone that we dealt with were terrific. We could have stayed another week I am going to recommend your place to all our gay friends.

Orlando, Carlos, Brian, Matt and the entire staff were simply unbelievable. The accommodations were top-notch and the food was superb, as were the drinks. This was our first of MANY visits to Royal Palms.

Not much space to put clothing in a drawer. Small bathroom. Minimal clothing optional opportunities. No hot tub available.

Excellent place. Newly renovated, comfortable bed, quiet room. The staff was attentive and professional. The bar and grill had great food and was a good hang-out for travelers to mingle. I would highly recommend the Royal Palms to gay couples or single travelers.

Our check in person Brian was absolutely 100% efficient and very knowledgable and friendly and was very accomodating. Our stay here was very enjoyable made even better by Brian's great friendly nature. All the guys at the outdoor bar were also friendly and wonderful.

Couldn't have been happier with this place -- wonderful staff, friendly, diverse group of guests, delicious poolside food and drinks. Will definitely be back.

Loved the room. Clean and nice simple design. Location is good but desolate at night. Bed a bit soft should be replaced. Staff very nice and friendly. Liked the cookies amenity waiting in the room. Thanks for the early check in.

It was nice and relaxing and that is what I wanted. The staff was very nice. Only wierd thing is that I was the farthest room on the top floor from the front. And No phones in the room? But it was clean and quiet and a good three day get away!

Everything was just perfect. The hotel and the people that works there. We´ll definitely return in the future.

Staff is great. Particular shout out to Jason who did everything he could to accommodate us. Everyone very friendly from the front desk to the bar to the housekeeping staff. We would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing time in Lauderdale. Thanks guys!!

3rd floor a bit tedious, but not a big deal (not like we didn't need exercise!) Food service at pool bar can be slow, but the quality makes up for it. Just be patient.

Staff were very friendly, hotel was also very clean and had excellent complimentary internet connection.

Breakfast was not included and the service was slow.
