Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Room with poolside view where nicespaciouis and comfartable. The reduced staff was very friendly, down to earth. Good parking and one of the best location in sobe Generally a good and relaxed place to stay if you are not demanding They have a poor maintenance of the pool chairs, the building is quite Run down , looks as if maintenance is far behind . House keeping poor. |

The staff did everithing for us to have a pleasant stay A penetrating, unpleasant smell in the 1st floor corridor of the left wing. (chemicals to fight fungus ??) |

The rooms were spacious but outdated. Sleeper sofa was horribly uncomfortable Very dirty outside and not well maintained. Smelled musty in the halls |

The only thing that I liked about this hotel was the location....close to the beach. The staff was rude and not accomodating. The pull out sleep bed was most uncomfortable! This unit supposedly sleeps 4 but that means you use the spring filled 2 inch thick sleeper sofa. |

La disponibilità del personale, la pulizia degli ambienti la vicinanza ai locali e al mare La colazione è da considerarsi come uno spuntino, le camere prevedono solo un letto matrimoniale e l'eventuale terzo e quarto ospite devono dormire sul divano abbastanza scomodo. |

tolle Lage, gleich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Shops, zahlreichen Restaurants, Clubs,..... Der private Strand ist sehr schön, so wie der Wellnessbereich (Schwimmbad, Fitnesscenter). Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und sehr groß!!!! Die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das im Preis einbegriefene Frühstück ist sehr klein! In der Küche war kein Geschirr vorhanden, erst nach Anfrage bekammen wir zwei Teller mit Besteck. ( Also unbedingt eigenes mitnehmen) |

hotel avec accès direct à la plage et deux piscines. j'avais réservé une suite qui comprenait deux tv et une très belle salle de bains. Très bien situé sur ocean drive ,quartier très animé le soir et surtout le week-end.Accès internet bien pratique. le service "garçon de plage" est insuffisant . Un parasol ,deux transats pour trois sinon supplément à payer et à 17 heures le garçon de plaghe reprenait les transats et le parasol !!! Inadmissible surtout début juillet où les journées sont longues.déjeuner continental insuffisant. |

Hôtel très bien situé donnant sur la plage et océan drive, la rue la plus animée de Miami Beach. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le design reflète bien l'époque art déco. Le seul petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner "light".... très satisfaite de mon séjour et de mon choix |

Le charme désué du bâtiment, son emplacement géographique à South beach, la plage attenante à l'hôtel La literie est indigne d'un 3*, le canapé lit n'est plus un lit mais un bassin/une cuvette.Les lits non faits lors de nos deux arrivées.Le petit déjeuner continental : gobelets plastique, pain de mie,confiture (quand il en reste) |

Store rom med balkong(2). Fin hage med baseng. Gå rett fra hotellet ned på stranden. Mange spisesteder like ved. Fornye dusj. Forefallende vedlikehold. |
