Spacious room and No microwaveLocation
No complimentary breakfast. No Microwave oven and Fridge
Location was great! Staff was super helpful.
1 small trashcan in the bathroom and no where else in the room. No door on the Closet.
good location right next to the dart, and a good area to be picked up by taxis at night.
Didn't think the price of parking would be that high, the maids came very early, and long line to check in.
I stayed there one night and made the reservation and payment through booking.com. However the hotel made two 50-dollar charges to my credit card with absolutely no notice. I made phone calls and emails but they did bot give me a clear explanation. I'm now taking actions through my credit card company.
very good hotel overall. good facilities, good access to restaurants, excellent link to airport, good coffee facility, helpful staff and good sized room.
nothing significant, but it would have been better if there was a guide to hotel services in the room.
no continental breakfast
Very quiet room and comfortable beds. Room was very nice and clean.
We were on the 11th floor and the toilets were very noisy.
Some of the staff was extremely friendly.
For the amount of money charged, not a great value. No microwave, refrigerator, ironing board,( did have iron) in room. TV was oos, had to call desk @ 10:30pm to have someoe come up to fix. Parking is not explained, Valet VS. self park across street. Won't stay again.
Close to the Cotton Bowl to see the Sooners win.
Staff woke us up at 4 AM asking if we had requested a fan. We had not. Shower water was either scalding or freezing with no in between.
Location, location, location. Room nothing special, especially for $340 per night. Nice though and well worth it to accomplish the trip.
Price, could not regulate temp in room very well. Very cold.
Was upgraded to a more expensive room because they ran out of rooms I booked. No problem! Very busy because of the game. Never an issue. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No complaints.
If I had to pick something, the burger at the lounge was average. Not bad, but nothing special. But the lounge was great with all the tv's showing games and our waiter was awesome so hardly a complaint.
I liked the pool and the room, it was clean and tv kept me busy. other then that I am not a fan of them like I used to be.
they hold $50 which we needed. and if you only have cash they cant let you check in, and I had a non-refundable room, so I had to let them hold $100 cash to make sure I had a place to stay. then their parking was full most of the time, the only place we could park was in the north tower which they have sighs that say to hide your belongings and lock your car. I didn't feel safe leaving my car there. I ordered a pizza and they wouldn't let them bring it to your room, so I had to go down to the lobby to get it. the staff looked at me and my sister like we where below them. I don't plan on staying there ever again, and I go often.
The rooms are big and the gym is wonderful.
None of the vending machines took a card or notes from the 29th floor to the 35th floor. We stayed on the 31st floor.
Soon as we walking into the hotel from a night out on the town, security started harassing us and the valet people were extremely rude
- great gym - massive and great facilities and equipment - comfortable bed - great shower - great staff - brilliant concierge and very helpful staff at main entrance
- pool is much smaller than anticipated especially for a 1600 room hotel - breakfast wasn't included - it's a conference/event hotel. too busy - took nearly half an hour to check in. There was a massive queue - if you want a relaxed hotel with comfortable atmosphere this is definitely not the place
Cleanliness, the view, the staff was phenomenal all around. I was truly amazed at how courteous and helpful every single one was.
Bar was way overpriced, and so was the breakfast.
I have traveled a lot and the staff and front desk team in particular were fantastic.
Upon checkin, their systems went down twice and I waited for 40 minutes for them to come back online. The staff awarded free drinks, breakfast vouchers and even parking to make things right!
The beds were soft and clean. Our room was upgraded free of charge. We were welcomed by staff upon entering. Hotel staff gave us a map and told us the best places to eat. The waitress at The Draft was so nice.
Everything was perfect.
From the moment I reserved the room until when we checked out I had an amazing experience with the Sheraton Hotel. I was hosting a "Girls Night In" for my bridesmaids that included a surprise makeover and photo shoot. The hotel staff was EXTREMELY accommodating. There was an area in "TKT" reserved for us and we were allowed to take a few photos outside on the patio area. The concierge/ bellhop service was timely and loaded up all of the girls belongings and brought them to our suite quickly. We needed a few items in the room (like a wine tool and extra towels, toothbrushes) and each request was attended to quickly. Our bellhop at the time of check out, I believe his name was Gary was HILARIOUS and kept us laughing and entertained while he loaded our items. I cant begin to say how PHENOMENAL Kim at the front desk was. I spoke to her several days in a row leading up to our stay and she ensured we had a phenomenal room with the perfect view, easy access, the designated area at The Kitchen Table (TKT) and she even called to check on us on Sunday morning to see how the night went. I was elated to meet her when we checked out and even brought her some cupcakes as a thank you for her superb service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel and specifically the Executive Suite... It comfortably sleeps 6-7.. 2 in each bed, including the pull out sofa and the portion of the couch that is not a pull out is comfortable for one more person.
The only thing I didn't like was that there was not a refrigerator in the room and it was an additional cost to obtain one. considering it was an Executive Suite this was surprising however this could have been listed on the website and I just missed it but I am normally pretty thorough in my research and don't recall this being noted. Thankfully I came well prepared with several items (buckets/coolers etc) that were able to be filled with ice and function as makeshift fridges. Oh and I didn't like that I couldn't have a weekend like this one every weekend... :)
Everyone was wonderful. Rooms were very clean.
Parking is not included in rates.
I like the location of the hotel, it is in the center of the city.
I don't like the hotel resturent, their food not so good, and less clean
This hotel has the most comfortable beds ever!!!!
Our room was smaller this time and more expensive this year. But it was clean and had a beautiful view.
Expensive breakfast no help for luggage
From the moment I booked the reservations to the point of check out, my stay was wonderful and the staff was exceptionally accommodating. I will recommend this hotel everywhere I travel.
Staff, particularly Ena at the front desk, were were congenial and willing to help accommodate special requests. Let me check in many hours earlier than usually allowed so I could work and take a call in private.
