Had to pay $21 parking charge. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too full and fluffy. Ruined our night. Couldn't sleep. Breakfast buffet too expensive.
when we arrived there was a crazy waiting queu of 2hours (not kiding)to register. I cant understand how this can happen even if the hotel is fully booked. We decided to go for dinner and come back 4 hours later having to wait 20min.
Service was a full 10!!! Beds were beyond comfortable!
Concierge service was slow but I'm guessing since the valentine holiday
The shower, the bed, the room over all.
The registration process was horrendous! Even though I made a reservation online AND prepaid, my husband and I still had to stand and wait in line for 2 hours to get registered and into our room....on Valentines Day! There was no breakfast everything was over priced. I got charged for overnight parking and after we left the hotel and came back for the night we couldn't even park "overnight". I was promised a refund and never got it. Won't stay here again.
I enjoyed the outside scenery
I did not like the fact that we had to pay to enjoy a nice breakfast together. Lunch and Dinner I understand, but we did not get any complimentary breakfast with our stay and we paid over 300 for two nights with not one nice breakfast meal. I was very upset with that any other Hotel I have ever been to always had a complimentary breakfast buffet.
A little to expensiv
Really convinient location, friendly staff.
Its very loud so bring ear plugs!
THE ROOM. The 10 passenger van driver.
Distance from stadium.
The place was fantastic and even though it was very busy and full of people for it being new years eve, the staff still took care of us in a timely manner. It was mine and my wife's one year anniversary and they upgraded us to the presidential suite free of charge.
Train station right outside the front doors!
No 24hr room service. Food in sports bar was a little pricy. Ordered a burger. Wasn't very good.
The customer service we received from the staff was excellent. The clerk at the front desk went above and beyond his duties to make sure we had the best experience possible, and the waiter at the restaurant was very helpful and friendly.
Had trouble with the wifi
The bathroom was small. The closet door was broken and laminate had broken off on the window ledge.
Room large and comfortable
Area was disappointing. No shops nearby and few bars and restaurants. Room comfy but needed an extra waste bin as only small one in bathroom. Kept having to ask for milk jiggers for the coffee.
Spacious room and No microwaveLocation
No complimentary breakfast. No Microwave oven and Fridge
The room was well furnished and had a nice, big tv. The carpet was new and clean as was the bedspread. Lots of down comforters on the bed and plentiful pillows. The bathroom was big, too. The Club lounge level is amazing!!! Miss Sonia will take care of you in the mornings and Sarah Marie will take care of you at night. They things they serve up there are fantastic....fruits, cheeses, nuts, beer, wine, cheese puffs, hot orderves, etc....all free of charge. The staff will even serve you. There are two computers up there, too, with printers! When you are working they will ask if you would like soda or water and they will bring it to you....You wind up tipping - even though you really don't have to - because you are amazed at how much they care about making you comfortable. I'm still amazed by the service I got up there. I'm usually a Fairmont person...but I think I will be a Sheraton person from now on!!!!
Very minor inconvenience: You have to get used to the idea of the lobby area being huge, huge, huge...like a thoroughfare for downtown commuters. As such, its kinda cold down there but when you get used to the idea, its pretty cool. The lobby is like a city in itself. The concierge people couldn't be nicer - and there are 3 of them. They know they tend to be busy so they staff up for the crowds. I noticed on check in too that the lines seem long but it goes quick because they have lots and lots of hotel staff to check the folks in. I'm knit picking, though. This hotel is outstanding. I think they do a great job.
Location was great! Staff was super helpful.
1 small trashcan in the bathroom and no where else in the room. No door on the Closet.
good location right next to the dart, and a good area to be picked up by taxis at night.
Didn't think the price of parking would be that high, the maids came very early, and long line to check in.
I stayed there one night and made the reservation and payment through booking.com. However the hotel made two 50-dollar charges to my credit card with absolutely no notice. I made phone calls and emails but they did bot give me a clear explanation. I'm now taking actions through my credit card company.
very good hotel overall. good facilities, good access to restaurants, excellent link to airport, good coffee facility, helpful staff and good sized room.
nothing significant, but it would have been better if there was a guide to hotel services in the room.
no continental breakfast
Very quiet room and comfortable beds. Room was very nice and clean.
We were on the 11th floor and the toilets were very noisy.
Some of the staff was extremely friendly.
For the amount of money charged, not a great value. No microwave, refrigerator, ironing board,( did have iron) in room. TV was oos, had to call desk @ 10:30pm to have someoe come up to fix. Parking is not explained, Valet VS. self park across street. Won't stay again.
Close to the Cotton Bowl to see the Sooners win.
Staff woke us up at 4 AM asking if we had requested a fan. We had not. Shower water was either scalding or freezing with no in between.
Location, location, location. Room nothing special, especially for $340 per night. Nice though and well worth it to accomplish the trip.
Price, could not regulate temp in room very well. Very cold.
