“ First and foremost, the staff was exceptional, I'm certain the management of this hotel is extremely particular in hiring individuals for the jobs from the reception desk to the beach, to the bellmen, and back to those who clean up after you in your room! Concierge Noise, young screaming crowd at 3, ,4, 5 am. Rooms are tiny and don't get one in front of elevator which was ridiculous for the cost

I liked the location. And bathroom of the room. I liked the fact that after complaining the hotel gave us one night for free to compensate us. The customer service vas bad The buffet was not good and the service in the breakfast was not good, every day the same food. we got a cup wit lipstick on it, one day there was no orange juice. We did not feel we were getting what we paid for. The swimming pool was over crowded. When you pay a lot of money you expect something in return we did not get it in the shore club. Will not recommend this hotel!!!

The staff at the pool, beach and restaurant were excellent. Incredibly attentive and provided great service. The quality of food was excellent and I thought the pizza at the Terrazza restaurant was shockingly good perhaps one of the best I ever had in the U.S. The drinks were great and the overall vibe was very cool. Having stayed at other properties in ny it was what I expected. I will probably be back next year just hoping my check-in will be better..... I only had two gripes. The first was when we checked in I had booked a Junior Suite with partial Ocean view and requested a high floor, when I got to my room I had a small room with a view of the wall of another building on the second floor. I actually called the front desk and asked if my room was considered a Jr. Suite and was told it wasn't ?? Only when I asked did I get a Jr. Suite, albeit without a partial ocean view. So I basically felt like the front desk person tried to cheat me...:-( Making a really poor first impression that maybe I didn't deserve what I was paying for ? Or trying to give my room to someone else as an upgrade ? It was something that never happened to me before. My second gripe was the lack of servicing of the room. We came back at 5:30 and the room hadn't been cleaned. We called and were told someone would come and take care of it so we went out and came back at 10:30 pm only to find the room still hadn't been cleaned. We called again and went downstairs to try and kill an hour in hopes of having our room cleaned.

They react very well at time of payment of my bill as they took immediately care of my complain. They reduce the amount substantially when they figure out they gave me a standard room instead of a junior suite. Very good follow up They could not grant us the junior suite we have booked as the hotel was fully booked.

The restaurant overlooking the pool was nice. The pictures shown online are much nicer than the hotel. It looked like it was not finished renovation the pool area seating cushions were run down and you could not sit on one of the big couches unless it was fri sat or sun. There was no music or dj at the pool. Staff at front desk was rude and waited hours for our luggage to arrive in our room-will never stay again

Location was perfect, right on the beach. Beach and pool chairs were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. I expected more with the price tag. ($310 per night including all taxes). But I guess I was paying for location. Service was basic, nothing extraordinary. Pool was nicely decorated, however, only half of the pool and chairs were in the sun, making it difficult to "catch rays" if that's what you want. Spent a lot of money on food and again, it was basic, nothing extraordinary.

Very nice and modernized hotel. Very comfortable beds and the plush sheets. Very professional and personable staff who are genuinely interested in that our stay was going well and if we had any complaints (We did not have a single one). It felt like that because you are their guest, they really want to make sure you have a nice stay, and that you will not want to go anywhere else next time. We will be back at The Shore Club. The terrazza club with deep couches and cabana area and long curtains made for a very cool atmosphere. Nobu restaurant inside the hotel - felt way overpriced and very pushy on specials, extra items, etc.. Although we love sushi and the food was very good, the service was mediocre and the decor (acoustics and the general feeling) of the place was not good.

Loved the food, Nobu and Terraza are excellent. I came with my daughter for a long week end full rest and we got it. Beach was great the staff really helpful, what we loved most was the atmosphere...the crowd, the music...and the Marrakesh take on the exteriors (we didn,t miss the blue from ysl Majorelle gardens) was ravishing. The weather. Got really cold last week end! Also the spa is not user friendly. The location on the 2d floor makes it too remote. Would love it to be in between the 2 pools or somewhere in plain view. You would get more clients too. But really no complaints. Had a great time!

Exceptional staff, great location, quiet rooms for a fun hotel with a lively scene- you can relax and chill or go to the Red Room or pool to party and dance. Great on-site food too! The site and rooms are beautiful and comfortable, not posh or fussy just very beach chic. Not a complaint, just a heads up - I wouldn't consider this a good hotel for small children. I liked that there weren't little kids running around.

Staff incredibly attentive. Enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs/towels on the beach. Room was clean. Pool area on the weekend was a party scene with music blaring. Only time we were able to spend time at the pool was early in the week.

Comum areas : pool, gardens, restaurants.Nice atmosphere. The the luxe room is very small for two.It is designed for one : one chair, one table, tiny closet.Very uncomfortable room.

The saff! LaToya. Especially. The concierge desk, the bell men, so polite and helpful as well as the beach staff, Jose and Curt were especially delightful among the others who greet you on the beach and make you so comfortable. The wait staff are all sweet prompt and very accommodating. I've stayed at many hotels but here I feel more than welcome, I feel like royalty. Very cool, very chic, refreshing. I liked everything, truly.

Love the hotel style and layout. Food in Nobu Why could they not make some recognition of Christmas, I appreciate not everyone is a Christian, however some festive decoration would have been reasonable Decor in Nobu is tired
