Lively hotel. Location.
Bad cleaning. Poor maintenance of rooms and bathrooms.
I forgot some clothes in the closet , remembered this 6 hrs after we checked out , but you had kept them safe and secure, everything was there for us to pick up ! Thank you so much !
Loved the pool and beach, very relaxing to be in and chilled out staff. Location for shopping and eating out on Lincoln Road is great, no needs for cabs.
Room service pizza wasn't the best, extremely salty! I also didn't like that the business centre charged $9 per 15 mins - that seems ridiculous in a proper hotel. The rooms and grounds could do with a bit of a makeover, as others have suggested.
When I went to settle bill they said breakfast is not included I had to show the confirmation. Than they said it is only $40.00 for two. Our breakfast bill was $66.00 excluding expressos which I know is separate. They said your confirmation is a mistake. Is this possible???? I expect a answer from you
Nice location on beach, friendly staff in general. Bellman excellent
Outragious price for lousy bar drinks. Food was too
Location. Reception staff pleasant Beautiful pool and beach.
Room was small. Poor light. Draws TV didn't function well. Staff at breakfast awful. Slow inefficient.
Room was comfortable and the view was good. Décor could do with a touch up in the hall ways
The price was crazy over $500 for one night once you include many taxes, resort fees and Parking. The staff at breakfast were terrible for this level of a Hotel and not very accommodating. We had a six month old baby with us and asked to be seated by a heater. They tried to turn this on and it was out of gas! No effort to move us or offer another table. As a frequent traveller in Florida i will never return to this hotel.
Staff was accommodating and understanding and at the end of the day a pleasure to deal with. They turned around an original unpleasant situation. So kudos to them.
Original room was terrible and was not as advertised.
Sofia was very helpful and always with a beautiful attitude. Congratulations to her :)
Great sunday Pool party and great morning breakfast
I liked the location of the hotel and its cleanliness. The Staff was very pleasant.
I wish the room doors were more sound proof. Because of it being in Miami Beach people are coming back from clubs in the wee hours of the morning. You can hear their conversations and doors opening and closing all night.
The location was great and pool scene was fun.
the place needs a renovation and new furniture in the rooms. The cleanliness was an issue as well.
Location right on beach & in walking distance of restaurants & shops great . Loved the pool& Arabic style garden area. Beds v comfortable & rooms quiet at back . Found hotel staff very helpful especially Tiffany / Marc & other reception staff , Paolo & other concierge staff .
A bumper that one has to pay for using the business centre facilities like computer -this level of hotel should provide free to guests .
The staff Smell great
Noise of a pumping bomb at 5:00 AM
The north tower was dirty, dark and room/hallways cleaning very poor! In my opinion it is overpriced.
I like the option of choosing a pool temperature. I enjoyed the view from my fifth floor room. Complementary chairs at the beach. Response time on requests from the staff.
Could only stay one night due to the cost of the room. We were in Miami for nine days. But we wanted to stay near the beach on our last day.
I liked the location & the decor of the lobby. Also liked the complimentary bottles of water.
Checked in around 5.20pm & one of our rooms weren't ready. Waited in the available room & was told we would be notified as soon as room was ready. An hour later & 3 calls to reception, it turns out the room was ready but no one had bothered to let us know. It was a bad start.
The entire staff, from reception to the pool staff, the waiters and bell hops were the friendliest we have ever seen. No request was too much. While not the most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed at it was clean and comfortable. We were more than just guests or customers.
the location and hotel pool, beach and facilities. the restaurants as well are great. Rio the guest relations manager was very nice and helpful. great to have a bike to use.
room is a bit too plain and could be a bit more luxurious and have better lighting. also bathroom is a bit plain.
Facilities were excellent and staff was very attentive; beautiful hotel that has wonderful pools and right on the beach access
Pre paid full amount and resort fee; free drink was something I could not have since I do not drink alcohol.
Courtyard a first pool are beautiful
Advertised ocean front and stuck us in a room on the side of the hotel overlooking construction. Took 45 minutes to change rooms with no other guests in the lobby or front desk. Very unhappy with bell staff.
Invoicing in my case was not correct. They not show interested (no reaction at all) in changing a wrong invoice and crediting back the wrong amount on the Credit card. Ask for folio and check!
Nice modern rooms with cool aesthetic touches, nice pool & pool area, clean, nice private beach.
Coming from 3 days in the Keys, The Shore Club was a little too "high brow" for my taste. The Sunday pool party with DJ was too loud with very expensive drinks...$15 Mojito. A lot of wanna-be celebrities hanging out at/in the pool hoping a real celebrity would show up. Glad I experienced The Shore Club but will not go back.
location the pool accès to the beach organisation of the building
they block the chairs/beds around the swimming pool based on the amount to be ordered at the bar NOBU (restaurant) - very expensive and nothing in your plate
Everything was amazing
