    Great Location Great Staff

    Property looks beat up, needs updating and TLC No alarm clock No radio/iPod docking stations No electric outlets near night stands to recharge phone

    Service was excelent, everybody was nice to us, and helping us about all informations needed.

    This was more like a students motel, i could not call this tipe of room as a hotel room

    Location of the hotel is great - right on the beach! Hotel pools were excellent, most things seem to be centred on these. Rooms are very good. Staff and service was very good. Some people have commented on the prices for food and drinks, we found the food good and fairly typically priced for upmarket South Beach. The drinks particularly round the pool were expensive. Overall it's a very good hotel and good value for South Beach.

    My favorite part of my stay was the service and friendliness of the staff! For me this goes a long way. I would like to thank my waitress Maxi and beach supervisor Isaiah! Excellent service!

    None that I can think of on this trip... Will stay again hands down!

    The location was fantastic..within walking distance to all major attractions.The complex was very clean and tidy and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a very positive experience!

    The restaurant prices were out of our price range but that was the only negative to our stay.

    Location great Staff good Rooms nice Beach wonderful

    Corridors and rooms a little dirty Service around pool a little laid back Wifi patchy a little slow Car valet slow Nobu resturant eye wateringly expensive $50 for one mouthful of fish? Come on!

    Excellent location. The hotel is very close to the beach and shopping (both fashion and supplies).

    Terrible staff. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Hotel room tiny and poorly fitted out. Concrete floors are hideous.

    In parts this is a very chic hotel, in other parts not so. Good location for an easy stroll (or bike ride) into the heart of Miami Beach. The Sunday afternoon pool party looked like great fun and 20 years ago I would have been right in the middle of it - sadly a bit too old and overweight these days!!

    This is a big hotel and the layout felt slightly untidy but that is a minor point.

    The hotel is in a great location, with convenient beach access along with being on the door step of South Beach's entertainment strip. Our room was very spacious, clean and nice. An extra sofa or chair would have been useful if one wanted to watch some TV.

    The attitude and actions of a particular staff member soured our last two days. The ability to ask the right questions to the customer is lacking. We felt like some of the most simple requests took an endless amount of debate. There is no excuse for being rude or aggressive, even if this staff member felt that on this occasion their decision being overruled (by their manager/plus common sense!) was an uncomfortable experience. Slamming down the menus on the glass table (which could have potentially broken) and storming off is a very childish act.
